Rooms are average size if not bigger than most in Peru. If you feel cold they have space heaters. The breakfast is great, lots of options. We had arranged a tour, and they never showed up. The hotel owner was great, he called a taxi driver he knew, and he drove us around for much cheaper than the arranged tour... More

I stayed there for a romantic occasion in early winter last year (sorry for delay in writing this). Nov and Dec are a great time to go to the Sacred Valley, weatherwise and not too many tourists. The staff were quick in responding to emails. Make sure you book quickly on booking.com, all necessary info is there, so don't surf... More

We only stayed here one night, and despite our taxi driver taking 30 minutes wandering the town to find it, really delighted at our room. The bathroom was beautiful (with hot water!) and the bed was comfortable. But it was so cold, and one of the windows wouldn't close so we stuffed a pillow in it. The wifi didn't work... More

We stayed 5 nights at Hostal Iskay. I believe we had room 6 with a double bed, table and 2 chairs, small bathroom, private outside patio with 2 chairs and views of ruins and the hostal's lovely gardens. The staff was helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable. It is an easy walk to the Plaza but insulated from the... More

We absolutely loved this hotel ! It was quite different from what we are used to.. but so charming set among the ruins of the Inca town ... The room was small and toilet smaller but given it was quite cold we didnt really mind... It was quite accessible to the village square hence easy access to restaurants, shops and... More

Located in the heart of Ollyantambo these lodgings were ideal for the Inca town stay. Quaint with rustic charm set in gardens in Inca built area of town. Short walk to town square with many restaurants and cafe´s nearby. Our host Cristina provided us with excellent service when arranging tickets for Machu Picchu. We aslo had views of ruins from... We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at the Iskay hostel. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The location is terrific and quiet. The breakfast is good (pancakes, eggs, cheese, bread, fruit, juice, coffee/tea) and plentiful. Would definitely recommend this hostal.

We had a superiour room for 2 nights and a standard for 1. The superiour is very large with a double and twin bed. We had a small private area in the garden to relax and the view out the bedroom window was the the ruins. It was a very quiet, peaceful stay. The breakfast was included and was very... More

The hotel owners and their employees are great and always willing to help- we missed our first nite due to a flight delay and Christina worked with us on the price. It's a lovely and quaint place. We wished we would have had at least one more nite there.

We stayed a night at another Hotel before MP and a night at Iskay after. We got back at 9:00pm after a long day at MP. They wisked us to our rooms without any paperwork or hassel, for some deserved R&R. We had a very nice breakfast and checked out 123 in the morning. The hostel is beautiful with a... More
