My wife and I loved Hotel Iskay. We feel we made the right choice to stay two nights in the strongly Inca influenced town of Ollantaytambo. Our room was tucked into an idyllic corner of the stone terraced Inca stronghold. The view from our room was awe inspiring. The owners made our two day stay a pleasure, from local intelligence... We had booked a different B&B for the period we were in Ollantaytambo, and we were very disappointed. (It was more of a college hostal than a B&B for a family.) We had 2 more nights planned and I started to explore the area in hopes of finding better accomodations. I stopped in at Hostal Iskay and inquired if they... More

Ollantaytambo is an Inca archaeological town in the middle of the mountains right beside some Inca ruins and a river. You will feel like in another world, another time (the town actually dates back to the 15th Century) The tiny county has a water system build by the Incas and you can literally walk the streets and see the water... Hostal Iskay was fine but nothing special. We had booked a room with one queen bed but were given a room with a double and a single. The bed wasn't particulary comfortable and I got a crick in my neck from the pillows. There was a corrugated plastic skylight above my bed which let in a lot of light and... More

Its a great weight off your mind to have the Hostel organise the transport to and fro Cusco, off the plane straight into the van Rooms were comfortable and roomy. (Unfortunately our hot water was not hot, but the hostel attempted to rectify it.) The view from our room was spectacular. Well positioned and a couple of minutes walk into... More

This place was amazing! There was a driver waiting for us in Cusco. When we arrived, Sabrina took care of everything we needed. Our room was spectacular and affordable. The grounds are full of beautiful flowers. The view and location were stunning. The room and bathroom were clean and just modern enough. I had an injury and Sabrina found me... More

This beautiful little hostel was a delight to stay and and I will definitely return. The location is idyllic, overlooking the river and on a quiet street, only a short walk from the main town. The hostel and room had lots of little extras included, adding to my experience. The staff are so friendly, offering lots of local advice and... More

We stayed here one night in a room with two double beds which were quite tight, but very comfy. The staff was very kind and got us a portable heater. The room was very clean. No breakfast was offered. Great location...close to everything.

I stayed here 3 nights. The hotel is located on a scenic little street in Ollantaytambo. The room was small but very pleasant and clean. My room had a bed, table/chair, end table and bathroom. There is a community room with a tv and books but I did not use that area choosing instead to relax in the beautifully gardened... More

This is a very nice place to stay. You can walk to all the points of interest in town and it's also close to good restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. We got great advice on things to do and where to eat. The gardens are beautiful and it's pleasant to walk around the grounds.
