My family and I were so pleased to have chosen Tikawasi for our three day stay in Ollantaytambo. For the various lodgings we saw while walking around Ollantaytambo, we really felt Tikawasi was one of the better ones at a price that was amazingly affordable. The property was very nice, tucked away enough that it was quiet, but so conveniently... More

The biggest disappointment we had with this facility were the bed bugs. We stayed here only for one night and they gave us Room 101. It wasn't any exceptional but if you want a good bang for your buck then this is it. The room was right behind the reception desk so you can hear people coming in and going... More

There was a very accommodating staff. There was lots of hot water for showers (bring your own shampoo and conditioner) and a TV. Breakfast was basic but substantial and pretty good. Wifi works, but is pretty slow, which you can expect from most hotels in Ollyantaytombo. It was one of the only hotels in Ollyantaytombo where we could get a... More

If you want authenticity, accomodating -english speaking staff, an adequate breakfast and to be in the heart of the Sacred Valley - this is the place to stay! Not only were the rooms clean and comfortable, the staff arranged all our transportion to and from the airport in Cuszco - without a hithch!

this place is good for your bare bones traveller. Functional beds, showers, and wifi, but nothing fancy. Staff were very friendly and also helped us arrange a car to head back to the airport in Cusco. Improvements include adding bottles of shampoo and a cover seat to the toilet. Breakfast was good yet simple. Also, need to reduce charge on... More

The location is perfect, few mns from main plaza, 2mns from ruins, 10ms walk to train to MP. it is also very quiet and very safe. rooms are pleasant, average size, ours had beautiful views to the ruins, bedding was very comfortable, clean bathroom with plenty of hot water. good... This hotel is in a prime location in Ollantaytambo being about a 2 minute walk to the main Ollantaytambo ruins. It is also a five minute walk to the main plaza and all restaurants, market etc. It's nestled in the middle of a valley which is absolutely beautiful. You can also walk to the free ruins on the other side... More

Really enjoyed this hotel during a one-person trek through the Incan tour. Breakfast was fresh and cheerful, excellent wi-fi and satellite TV, and the garden was a wonderful place to decompress and think about where you are in life. The location's a bit hard to find and the hotel fronts on a dirt road that might discourage you. It's nearer... More

Not sure why this is listed under specialty accommodation??? We stayed here with a tour group. Our room had great views but it was a bit awkward for two friends sharing as it was a funny shape which made managing two lots of luggage difficult. However it was clean with a modern bathroom. We looked at some of the other... More

Very close to cjty center and just besides entrance to the ruins. Friendly staff. We had to wake up very early to take the train to Aguas Calientes abd they provided us a small but good breakfast. Nice wifi.
