As we checked in the hotel we know that this was a 3 star hotel. Our expectations were accordingly: we did not expected huge rooms, or a granite bathroom. But to our surprise this hotel was very clean, they surprised us with our towel swans on the bed, they gave us 2 bottled waters for free, and 2 Cokes (to... More

The location is good however our room was tiny with a double bed. There was no where to put a case so we had to leave them open on the bed when in use and close and place them on floor at night. The bathroom was poorly designed and had no shelving or bench to place any items. Our friends... More

We stayed in many inns during our month in Peru traveling independently and this was the least memorable. The room was small, hot water was intermittent, breakfast buffet was ok (they do make eggs cooked to order), there was a lot of noise from renovations at the hotel and nearby. The safe didn't work. On the plus side the staff were... More

Stayed one night while touring Machu Picchu and was very satisfied with the accommodations. The staff was great and the view from the breakfast table was awesome, they gave good recommendations and offered to take our bags to the train station.

The room in this hotel was small but was only used as a base over night en route to Machu Picchu. The location is good and the staff were friendly. Its based right in the heart of Aguas Calientes where you walk to many restaurants and shops.

Stayed one night as part of a tour package. Though staff were as helpful and polite as can be, but structure of hotel is appalling. Rooms were not fully set up, table lights weren't even connected to an electric socket, toilets that were supposedly "disinfected" with label strapped across the seat cover had poop stains in the toilet bowl! No... More

We stayed here overnight as part of a tour with Ilama Path. Shower leaked, and no Hot Water at night nor in the morning. Wifi was a bit hit n miss. Surely there must be better hotels in Aguas Calientes than this at NZ$150/night. Based on the price point of this hotel it was poor!

I stayed here as part of a tour and it was easily the worst hotel of our tour. The only good thing I can say about it is we were given a free drink at happy hour. Our room (201) smelt so bad. Very damp and mouldy. It was also at the front of the building and sooooo noisy. All... More

You do not have many options in Águas Calientes. There are lots of bad hotels. And the only hotel you have up at the Machu Picchu entrance is overated. This is a option for a simple overnight and then wake up at 5 am to get the sunrise at the park. It is magical. So the fact that the hotel did... More
