Abundant hot water and a bath tub felt awesome after 4 days on the Inka Trail! Room was a bit chilly but hotel provided a space heater that kept us toasty. We also enjoyed strong wifi. The breakfast buffet is available at 5 to give you a rapid start to your day. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room... More

We stayed at this hotel for a night before visiting Machu Picchu. My husband became very unwell during the night and the staff here were absolutely amazing. They called the medics straight out and then proceeded to do all they could to assist. Furthermore they offered a late check out without charging so that he could rest until our train... More

The hotel was clean and quiet. The had comfortable beds and hot water. Just around the corner from many places to eat. Free breakfast. Many channels on the TV were in English, that was a pleasant surprise for us.

We didn't choose this hotel it was arranged by our Trail agent and after finishing the trail we would have slept anywhere but were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Hotel Clean & tidy with friendly staff and good wifi. As long as the hot water was ran for a few minutes to drag it through the pipes it... More

If you want a hostel experience this hotel might work for you. Beds are tiny, rooms are very nosiy with constant din from outside and from in - definitely not conducive to a night's sleep. We didn't care for the breakfast but plenty of youngsters were making sandwiches and taking snacks for the day so clearly appreciated by some. Room... More

We stayed here for one night before doing Machu Picchu. The hotel was clean but basic. The professional photos make it look nicer than it is, but I would imagine most of the hotels here are about the same standard. The staff were very friendly meeting us off the train and giving us a dvd when we left. They also... More

Average hotel, hot water just after letting the water run about 15 minutes, but this is a rule for the hole peru! The rooms were small and there was a very unpleasant smell of mould, but the beds were very comfortable. The brekafast was ok and the location is ok, very near for the bus station for Macchu Picchu

We stayed two nights in this hotel. It was relatively close to the restaurants and shops and about a 5 minute walk down the hill to the Plaza de Armas. The breakfast was served on the top floor which had a sky windows and 360-degree windows around --made for an amazing view of the mountains while enjoying a custom cooked... More

Since my arrival in Aguas Caliente I received a great treatment by the staff. I was collected at the station by Andy, the receptionist of the hotel Waman (www.waman.com) and he took to the hotel. Amazing welcoming and I was taken to my room. I did not aspected this lovely room considering my idea of taking place. It was a... More

This is a centrally located hotel with an amazingly helpful staff (even after I checked out, they let me hang out in the lobby, charge my phone, rest until my train back to Cusco), but it's really hard to sleep in. The construction across the street and next door is not their fault. However, the shades that let in light... More
