Terrific service -easy check in. Kept our bags in storage. Rooms are plain but very comfortable. Good showers/bathroom - clean, hot water, everything worked. Beds are fine. Horrible hotel and very bad service!! The night I spent there they had no wifi and they did nothing to fix it!! On the morning we had to take a shower with cold water!! We stayed here in a triple share room in Dec. The location was good and service was consistent. A good place to stay in Aguas Calientes, you can walk to the main street to have lunch or dinner if the hotel restaurant fare is not to your taste. More
