We had a lovely stay at this property in June of 2008. After much research and questioning of folks who had visited the area we decided that staying in AC was the best plan for us. El Sanctuario is a pleasant place to stay, feels somewhat homey with no specific decor or atmosphere. But it is clean, on the main street in Aguas Calientes, does provide breakfast (but not early enough for those of us who wanted to catch the first bus up to Machu Picchu) and they allow you to store your luggage with them... more
