We only stayed here for 1 night, just before we went back home. The staff is helpful, the room we had (201) was very large/spatious with a extra long bed (I'm 1.90m). The room and toilet were very clean. Breakfast is great, with fresh fruit. It's very near the central park in Miraflores, only 3 blocks away. They have a... More

Our group stayed at the Casa San Martin for COP 20 and we couldn't have been more comfortable or better looked after. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the friendly, helpful staff. The chambermaid took it upon herself to take my hand-washed clothes up to the roof so they'd dry properly, and they wouldn't take payment for the... More

Great location and good price, but you get what you pay for. Breakfast is limited and the rooms are basic, with small bathrooms. The hotel is old and there is a musty smell (but Lima is very damp). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a friend stay here when he had a night alone in Lima and... More

I stayed here for business for 3 nights. I picked this hotel because the large chains are so impersonal and the reviews here were good. Keep in mind this hotel is a quarter of the price of the large chains so it's not going to be the same experience. But I was very happy with my choice. It's 2 blocks... More

This is a small, friendly hotel with a great location in Miraflores: the Pacific Ocean is about four blocks away, and Kennedy Park the same distance. Lovely area of shops, restaurants, ideal of simply strolling. Staff are very helpful...A bit of a drive to either the airport or the historic city center, but that is only a minor inconvenience. Good,... More

Good clean place to stay in Miraflores. Safe, tidy hotel with great breakfast (lots of fruit!). The thing that sets this hotel apart are the staff- they are all really friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home in Lima. Recommend.

I had a pleasant stay at Casa San Martin, after my travel plans were changed by flight delays, and I arrived in Lima at 6 a.m. I was able to check in at 10 in the morning, and was pleasantly surprised when they then offered me breakfast; both the early check-in and the nice breakfast of were really useful after... This hotel has some pluses and minuses, but overall I can't recommend it. First the good things - the staff is really nice and friendly (although the person who checked us in didn't speak any English). The included breakfast is simple but good, with delicious bread and fresh fruit juice. The location is good, it's on a somewhat quiet side... More

I spent 2 nights in this hotel and I have enjoyed my stay in many ways. The hotel arranged for a pick-up at the airport and it all went smoothly. I was given a room on the top floor, right by the terrace. I had paid for a single room but was given one with a double bed, and the... More

I chose this hotel - in spite of some Trip Advisor reviews. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful much beyond what was necessary. They gave me a room with a balcony, a heater, a refrigerator, an in-room safe, and hot water. The room overlooked the road, but was not noisy, but I live in a city so... More
