Casa San Martin was well located in Mira Flores. Our room was spacious and well appointed with a tile floor, TV, and easy chair with an ottoman. not plush by any means but comfortable. We had read mixed reviews about the hotel, one of which complained about lack of hot water. At one point, during our stay we had no... more

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights at either end of our two-week trip to Peru. We appreciated the kindness of the hotel staff and the very efficient airport transfers. The transfers were extra, but it was worth it. Marco, the driver, was on time and welcoming. The hotel is located in Miraflores, which is a nice... more

This was one of the worst hotels in my Peru trip. My main beef with the Peruvian hotels is the rationing of hot water. Of 6 hotels 4 had this problem. You do get the water, but after about 10 minutes it starts getting colder and after about 15 mins all you got is a pretty chilly shower. This was... more

We really liked this hotel. It was excellent value ($75 per night including a great breakfast ) in a super and safe location in Miraflores (5 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants in the main Parque and 5 minutes the other way to the sea). Our room was very large and we had a king sized bed which we... more

After staying in hostels up to this point on our Peru vacation, we decided to go a bith more upscale. This was twice as expensive as the hostels we were staying at previously in Lima, but also twice as nice, and well worth it. The people working this place are extremely pleasent. It was so sweet when they gave us... more

Great location in Miraflores. Able to walk 10 minutes to the central plaza and restaurants. Ladies at the front desk always smiling, although only one spoke English. She was able to arrange an afternoon group tour for us. Rooms were clean, but we were missing 1 set of towels which the ladies apologized for. Only complaint is the street noise... more

WE stayed at this hotel for a few days at the start of our trip and at the end.As many commented the hotel is well located in Miraflores ,close to restaurants and the beach. Its clean with one of the best breakfast we had in our 19 days visit to Peru.Plenty of fresh fruit, real fruit juices and omelets made... more

I stayed at this hotel with friends for one night in June 08. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures from the outside, and somewhat like those of the inside. Overall, there was nothing bad about this place, but nothing particularly special. The rooms were quite spacious and clean, as was the hotel in general. A few quirks: 1.) The... more
