I just happened upon this little inn, while I was visiting the Hotel Inkari across the street. I was in Lima for my wedding, and was looking for a nice little place for my American family (none of whom speaks a word of Spanish) to stay in Lima. It's located right on the Avenida Ejercito. From the outside, the Francia Inn is very unassuming and would not catch your eye if you drove by; but, step inside the lobby and it is really quite beautiful (sort of a modern architecture combined with a Japanese style). A nice little garden with a spic and span clean pool. The rooms are clean, with the best stocked mini-bar I have ever seen. Bathrooms are en suite with every room, and hot water is reliable. Free pick-up and drop-off to the airport is included with the price of your room. There is a restaurant in the Francia Inn; which serves three meals daily. Continental breakfast is free.
