We have stayed at this B & B many times. It is always refreshing and joyous. if you appreciate breathtaking views, a bohemian artsy area, staying among transcendent art and the unique welcome of a vibrant Peruana, you will enjoy The Hotel Delfin. The Maestro, Victor is often in residence . If you hanker for 5 stars and being pampered,... More

What a treat to spend our last night in Peru in this beautiful B&B, which in fact is more like an art museum. Lilian was a delight and breakfast in her warm inviting kitchen was a treat. The sculptures in the garden were amazing and we were thrilled to not only visit Victor Delfin's studio, but also to meet him... More

Without a doubt the house and grounds are beautiful and very different from most places one would stay. Full of character with a great view onto the Pacific. We had a triple room which was spotless. However, after a night's sleep we found that the beds were not that comfortable. Also the water was not working the next morning due... More

They arrive in the afternoon a group of 5 people, which as soon as they got to the house, they asked me if their son can take a shower since he was living in the very moment . He was not supposed to be in the hotel, we did not charge for the fresh towels or so on, however we... More

I had a bad experience with this B&B. I stayed there twice in January and requested rooms with ocrean views each time. I guess the owner was not happy that I only reserved for one night on the second stay because she put me in a very small room with no view. This is after a series of emails where... More

Dear Guest, I am very puzzled about your email. And also I am trying to figure out how in the world you end up in the small room: ( small room, clean, private bathroom, non ocean view / USD.60.00 dollars. free wifi, and cable) in your last night. The USD.60 dollars room is just for people that push me very... More

I cannot recommend this b&b more highly. The staff, especially Lillian and Louis were so helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessy clean. We were lucky to have an ocean view as well. The breakfast is included and really fresh and tasty, consisting of eggs, muesli, bread and conserves. The house is owned by the famous Peruvian artist... We stayed in this b&b 5 years ago, and I just recommended it to our friends who are planning a trip to Peru. In fact, I have recommended it to all my friends going to Peru. So I figured it's about time I write a review. This is one of my favorite b&b's I ever stayed at. We had 2... More

I spent five nights with my mother and daughter. This was an exquisite experience, property, and location. Lovely staff and owner who truly knocked themselves out for us. Thank you for making our time in lima so special.

We stayed at Second Home for a week in January. Summer is a wonderful time to visit Lima, and Second Home was the ideal place to enjoy it. How could anyone ever get tired of the cliffside views or being surrounded by all of the incredible art? We sighed every evening as we entered our room with a stunning panorama... More

This is a well located guesthouse in a vibrant and safe area of Lima. I really enjoyed the uniqueness of the property and gardens being a former art gallery and home of the artist. It's got bags of character and the pool was a welcome bonus to cool down after a long day's walk. The guesthouses is well run and... More

I stayed in this hotel with my fiancé for a couple of nights. We had a great room with an amazing view over the Pacific Ocean and the beaches of Barranco. Barranco is a beautiful neighbour hood in Lima which is an absolute must and Second home is the place to stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. It's very... More
