Comfortable Hotel located in pleasant area (recognising that most of Lima is unappealing to me). Very good rooms, food, bar and reception area. Free Wi-Fi. Friendly and efficient staff. Only one slight negative is that the street side rooms are near an open-air disco (but it finishes around 23:00hrs), it is audible but not too intrusive!

We stayed in Faraona Grand Hotel during our first three days in Lima, Peru. Central location, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Fast WiFi. Hot water and comfortable mattress. The views from the room are lacking however its hard to find in the area without being on the coast.

This is a nice hotel. It is situated very close to the centre of Miraflores. The staff are helpful the service is great, especially room service. There were some problems with the internet. There is very good sound proofing (needed as it is in a very noisy part of town). The free pisco sour was great!

This hotel is on a quiet street that is only a block away from 2 of the main streets in the Miraflores area of Lima. Our first impression was that its location was not very good, but it actually ended up being a really good location. There were several banks and ATMs nearby, as well as restaurants. The breakfast was... More

Staff were very well trained and helpful. The location of the hotel is in a very small street but was very close to many very good restaurants, shoping including the Indian market. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and need to be recognize as good place to eat and with a good service

No bottled water in room. We had to walk to a grocery store and buy our own. Then we ran out of toilet paper! There is no Kleenex in the room either! My husband called front desk and asked for toilet paper. Apparently each hroom is only allowed 1 small roll of toilet paper each day! The hotel rooms are... More

We stayed at Faraona one night while passing through Lima. There is nothing special about this hotel, it's rooms or their breakfast service. It was certainly suitable for our purpose, but there's nothing to recommend. The rooms are very small and sorely need to be refreshed. Likewise the lobby area needs attention. The location is good, convenient to an attractive... More

This is a nice hotel in the Mira Flores. When you arrive it looks very elegant from the outside and into the lobby. The rooms are a bit dated yet were very clean and had a mini fridge. The staff was helpful and very professional in their appearance. Included a nice free breakfast. It is located near the main park... More

The hotel is well located within a short walk to the Central Park, with its restaurants, city bus and tour bus stops. The lobby staff was nice and classy, the room was clean. It was not large, but perfectly adequate. However it is easy to see that the hotel has been around. I still give it 5/5 considering the overall... More

We flew in from Chicago via Miami on a business trip and was looking for a place to shower from overnight flight. The hotel was in a great location and very clean. Staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. I will definitely stay if I was coming here for a holiday.
