Me and my friends spent one night in this B&B. We arrived at 8 a.m. and had reservation for the night that day, Angelo invited us with breakfast, provided us with the map of Miraflores and gave us many valuable advices about Lima. He was very very helpful. After a long flight from Europe it was so nice and we... More

We stayed in Lima for 2 days and booked ourselves at Tradiciones based on the reviews. We reached pretty late the first night and a man helped us with our bad through the stairs. The rooms were smaller than we expected but then again, this is the first time my husband and I were staying in a hostel and not... More

After an overnight bus we unknowingly stumbled upon a long weekend in Lima, so were pleasantly surprised to find Tradiciones had a vacancy on a booking site. When we arrived however, they were fully booked. The owner Angelo went above and beyond to find us alternate accomodation and take us there himself. He also organized our onward bus journey and... Angelo was an amazing host who has an obvious love of his city and can point you in the direction of a range of exciting and memorable activities including exploring downtown Lima to a walking tour of the Mira Flores area...or where to find the best pisco sour. Although small and basic, the room we stayed in was clean and... More

B&B Hostal Tradiciones is not only a hostel but a home away from home for travellers . I have been well taken care of Mr Angelo Gandullia, the hostel owner, and his family during my 10-day of stay there. Angelo gives great advice on Peruvian cuisines and local tour at best value. I was sick during my stay, Angelo has... More

I stayed two nights here in late-August, early September in triple rooms, and enjoyed each stay. The owner is a wealth of information about nearly everything - Lima's history, agriculture, Incan culture, EVERYTHING. His stories were helpful to know a bit more about the city and surrounding areas during our stay. The B&B was clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable,... More

We started our 6 week trip round Peru, Bolivia & Colombia in this hostel and it was a great start. Angelo gave us a very warm welcome, the room was basic but spacious & clean. I think they actually gave us the family room as it was free but charged us the same price. Breakfast was brought to our room... More

Location: Great location, centrally located in Miraflores. We were able to get taxis for 5-8 soles to get almost everywhere (except old town). Property: The building has a cost, guest house feel - room was generally clean and well maintained Staff: The hostel is run by a family that has been operating it for 15 years. Everyone is friendly and... More

Stayed at this B and B for two days and had a great experience. The owner is very friendly, has lots of knowledge of Lima and is willing to share it. Let us hang out in there while waiting for our plane and let us use the computer, printer, will give directions to restaurants, bars, and makes sure the taxies... More

My family stayed at B&B Tradiciones at the end of a very long trip to Peru. Angelo, his family, and his staff were very helpful and friendly. They obviously took pride in the neighborhood of Miraflores and wanted guests to enjoy the area. Angelo's recommendation for food was spot on! The breakfast was plentiful, and tea and water were available... More
