This is an older house with quite small bedrooms. Having said that, the owner couldn't have been more helpful. He recommended everything from a walking tour around Miraflores to the best restaurant (absolutely fabulous) and what to do for dinner! Breakfast was good and served in our room. We were able to use the hotel's computer to check our e-mails,... more

Our host was welcoming and warm from the moment we walked into B&B Tradiciones. He gave us a great history of the food and culture with a wonderful map of Miraflores. It is located in a urban home will a lovely park to enjoy right out side the front door. My traveling buddy got sick before we arrived and our... more

My boyfriend and I stayed here because of all the great things we read on Trip Advisor. The place was very hard to find because he forgot to send the address in the email. We were driving around for a little before we stopped to ask someone where B+B Tradiciones was; luckily it was Angelo! The place smelled musty and... more

Angelo was a great host, telling us all about the Peruvian capital and its wonderful sights. A triple room for over US$45 was a bit on the high side and the most expensive we paid in Peru. The 10-15 min walk to Miraflores bars was also a bit painful at the end of the night, but not that bad. more

It was a great experience to share a week in your home-hostal Mr. Angelo. I really felt so good receiving your warming advises about the city, places & restorants., and a long list of details. Definetively your place will be my choice again in my next trip. Knew Lima, you & your family it was one of the better experiencies... more

We got in on a late night flight and they had free airport pick up with reservations. They were very accomodating, generous and the owner is full of useful knowledge! Beds were comfortable, shower had hot water, and breakfast was delivered to us! We are pleased and will stay again. more

Angelo (the host) organized an airport transfer for us at 1AM upon our arrival in Lima. He was at the door to greet us when we arrived, and the next two mornings spent a significant amount of time telling us about the history/culture of Lima, where we should go and what to see. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was... more

This hostel did fine on the basics: it was clean, breakfast was nice, and it was in a walkable area of Miraflores. The water was hot but there was poor water preassure. It was the cheapest place we stayed in Peru, but it also lacked the charm that we had at some other hostels. The owner tried to be quite... more

When we were trying to figure out where to stay, it was a toss-up. So many reviews were so good that it was hard to decide what to do. It was literally a flip of a coin that sent us to B & B. What a flip that turned out to be! Angelo turned out to be a tour guide,... more
