We liked the Torreblanca. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful with everything. Had lots of local information. This is a fairly small hotel, near the beach, and within walking distance (20 minutes) of the center of Miraflores. There are a variety of good restaurants much closer than that. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, just round the corner from the coast and parks. The area feels safe and there are good local restaurants. Very nice small hotel. I stayed there 5 nights. Great healthy breakfast with different fresh yummy juices and fruits every morning (e.g. juiced strawberries!). Great location 30 meters away from the promenade for walking/jogging. Very friendly and helpful staff who get to know you very quickly.
