General Comments Tired looking hotel with old world charm from the 1920's. This must have been an amazing place to stay in the early days of the hotel. The location is conveniently close to the pedestrian walk way to the presidential palace. It’s a busy and loud area, it was hard to sleep with all the traffic and beeping horns.... more
