The hotel is tucked away in a side street of Miaflores, ten minutes walk from the ocean. It is a small, quiet hotel; well appointed and clean. Unfortunately, the Reception staff are totally chaotic. There seemed to be too many staff and no organization. I stayed twice (before and after a trip to Cusco) and staff could not find my... More

The hotel was chosen for us by Llama travel. It isn't amazing but it is pleasant enough. Sometimes it doesn't seem quite open. The bar and the shop are only opened on request so you feel a little uncomfortable asking for service. The rooms were good but we had no coffee only herb tea which was a little disappointing. The... This hotel is conveniently located at the very heart of the colorful district of Miraflores. Whilst the room size was very generous the bathroom was extrangely small and the bath wasn't working quite as smoothly as one might expext at a 4* hotel. Breakfast was exiguous in its variety but flavours were there. Nothing happens if you miss this one,... More

We stayed here for several nights and although not the swankiest around the staff were all very friendly and the room was clean and tidy.Ours had bath with shower which was fine although the bathroom was in need of a bit of a make over.Breakfast is served from 6am which is handy for the early starts and is a buffet... We spent one night at San Agustin Exclusive and found it to be better than most. It's a good location and benefits from an active cab stand. In fact our bellman assisted us by negotiating our cab fare, sending one driver on before getting the price he wanted for us with the next car. The property is clean and well... More

The San Agustin is well placed in that i is quiet, in a hectic and traffic filled city. The bedrooms are tried, the restaurant needs updating, but the staff are very helpful. We spent a couple of nights here and that was just right.

We arrived around midnight and left on tour the next morning. Did not have a lot of time in the room or the hotel. The room was impeccably clean with firm beds. Staff was very helpful. Hotel is located in Miraflores district not far from main shopping district. Breakfast buffet was good although I’ve had much more variety in more... More

I stayed in the San Agustin twice (May & June) at the beginning and end of my 5 week tour of Peru. It would be difficult to describe the hotel as having character, it is fairly stark but it is good from a number of points; Room 605 is a reasonably sized room plenty of space for 2 people and... June 2015 Our time at San Augustin covered two short stays, the first for 2 nights in a standard room on the 2nd floor and the second for one night only at the end of our Peru holiday before flying home. On the second visit we were allocated a 6th floor room that was far bigger and had a very... More

This is the hotel that my travel company based in Peru booked for me. It was OK. Rooms are small. Walls are VERY thin and so it was noisy. Breakfast buffet was fine. They have WiFi. It is walking distance from Kennedy Park. I would not stay here again.
