First the good: Location is OK, not the best in Miraflores but close enough to interesting places, two blocks away from "malecón" and safe. Breakfast included is good and plentiful. Good points: location is very good for getting around Miraflores, rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is good quality, the facilities are good Bad points: the staff are generally unapproachable and unfriendly, going about their duties in a robotic manner. Will never stay in a Radisson again. Hotel staff did not honor reservation made through booking.com. Arrived at 1 am and found hotel staff unhelpful and uncompromising. Very unpleasant and unlike any other experience I have had during multiple trips to Peru. Again, will never stay at this or any Radisson in the future.

The staff were very helpful, the room was nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It is in a great, safe location by ocean. There was some confusion over the $10 daily coupons for drinks, but it was easily resolved. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Radisson is well located. Just a 10 minute walk to Larcomar, great access to the bike/pedestrian path and I even had a view of the ocean from my room on the 4th floor. It started off really bad with two trips up to my room carrying all my luggage cause the lock on the room wouldn't work. Then I had to sit and wait outside my room on the floor for 30 minutes while the locksmith fixed it (turned out to be a flat battery) after that I had a random young sketchy... More
