Just ok. Not really world-class 5 star. Pool area actually very small. Rooms nice. Staff reasonably helpful without being particularly pro-active. Felt a bit like a tired Hilton (Jeddah) Maybe better hotels in Lima but would stay there again

From the moment you arrive, you know this hotel is special. You get a towel to freshen up and a beverage while they check you in. Our room was spotless and massive! Slippers, bathrobes, complimentary fruit, welcome letter...the list goes on and on. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
