Like everyone seems to be saying - there is good and bad in this hotel. In my opinion the good outweighs the bad. The staff is VERY accommodating and the service is 5 star. For $10 dollars per night it pays to get a club floor room. more

Having stayed in other Sheraton hotels, we had high expectations but we were majorly disappointed when we arrived at this hotel. The bedrooms were completely dated, very 80's.
