Handily placed in a nice area of Lima, helpful staff. Very large, clean room - ours was a suite - not sure if they all are. The shower in the bathroom was the best of all the ones we had in Peru. The rooms were dimly lighted, I had to swat bugs, request for a clock and the TV remote did not work - to think that I was supposedly given a "penthouse" room on the 12th floor with a jet spa bath tub! What gives? The service by the staff was at best spotty - specifically that of the night crew.... more

Stayed here for 2 nights but the disco is so loud, we didn't sleep - this after a flight which landed in the early hours. Then the traffic noise started at 5.30AM. Staff friendly and efficient but we would not recommend unless you like the noise. more

I cannot believe this place gets any business. The rooms are terrible - cold and decorated horribly. Staff is unhelpful and rude. Was sick at paying them a dime for the stay. more

The hotel was in a good location for walking both to the Inca market and also the other attractions in the area. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast. I did not have trouble with noise as I was on the eleventh floor. Room was very spacious. I would stay again. more

This hotel, is great, excellent staff, service and couldnt ask for a larger room!!! Its in a nice area of Lima, feels very safe. The only thing that the hotel needs is double glazing to keep the noise out, it is very noisey and to stay for anything longer than 2 nights you would suffer!!! more

Fact: Lima is a huge sprawling chaotic city and this hotel stands just off the main street in the citys "best" area. Rooms are large with wide windows which are not double glazed and hence give no protection to the constant noise of the city especially the incessant traffic noise. We found the hotel rooms large and comfortable, but the noise from the streets below was terrible. There was music playing, people shouting and car alarms and horns going off all night.
