Modern hotel with a classic style. Location is not CBD but rather in a quite and nice neighborhood. Rooms are clean, large and well decorated. The breakfast is quite good and free wifi is included. Checking out took me a lot of time as receptionists were quite inefficient.

We decided to stay at the Royal Park based on location and a decent price in Lima compared to the larger chains. The hotel was very clean, although the rooms felt muggy, but I hear that is the norm in Lima. The service was great in the hotel except in the restaurant. The restaurant moves in one speed, super slow... More

Firstly the Good. This is a boutique hotel in a safe part of Lima, the rooms are spacious, the food is good and the WiFi is free. The location in San Isidro is a little boring, with not much around. I spent a week here and in the course of my time, visited 2 other hotels - the Hilton and... More

I stayed for 1 night on business during a short visit to Peru. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was waiter service with an attractive fruit plate as part of the place settings. The service was very attentive and friendly. I would certainly have been happy to stay for longer.

I stayed here for a week while attending a work class. I must say that the hotel and it's staff are top-notch. We never had to worry about anything. The staff was always polite and courteous. They were incredible. The food at the hotels restaurant was great, as well. I will recommend this hotel to any friends that I have... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and was consistently impressed with the impeccable customer service. I can understand the reviewer who said that the service is slow but that's because they take extreme care to place your dishes quietly on the table, arrange the cocktail napkin just so, and make sure that everything's presented elegantly. The location is safe and the... More

This is an excellent hotel. Member of the Small Luxury Hotel group, it perfectly follows that very philosophy. Personalized service, distinction, and attention. Reduced number of rooms guarantees a quiet, nice atmosphere. Service is excellent (I had a problem in my bath, called the lobby and Maintenance service was in my room in less than a minute). Breakfast, for example,... More

It is a very opulent, luxury hotel, that appears to take itself very seriously. I had a room at the executive floor - apparently that was the only way to guarantee early check-in (for an extra price of course). I need to qualify my review by noting that I only stayed in Lima for less than 24 hours, and therefore... More

As another reviewer noted, more business than romance. Location is great if you want to be in and around San Isidro. What makes this a 5* for me is the combination of fair price, excellent service and size of the rooms. I spent almost a week there recently on business and felt at home in the room. Good place to...
