Pros: Friendly staff who go out of their way to help you book tours, day trips and airport transfers. Large common areas and a reasonably well-equipped kitchen. Hot water 24/7 and decent dorm beds. In the heart of Miraflores and not far from the sea, near bus routes to central Lima, and close to some really interesting archaeological sites. Also... More

I liked the Ekeko hostel. It has a nice atmosphere and the staff are great. It's in a good location and there is plenty to do around. The inka markets nearby are amazing for gift shopping! However Our room was damp and smelled fusty and the top layer of bedding didn't look particularly clean. This hostel is fine but with... More

We're here after my boyfriend has a surgery at the hospital after an accident and stayd there for one week. The staff is verry friendly and helpfull. We had a privat dubbelroom with tv and toilett. Was a cozy one. If in going back to Miraflores this will absolut a place to go back to!

Very good hostel, simple and does the job well for those arriving or leaving this 1-night-stop city. Staff operate shifts so desk is always manned and are VERY helpful and friendly, they will help you with anything, even locating 5 bookstores with top accuracy for us. The breakfast is simple but ample, and there is plenty of space to relax... More

Unfortunately this place wasnt great! David, the staff member is really kind and polite. We stayed in a twin room on the first floor which, for some reason, had neon posters allover the walls and a blue light on the ceiling which made everything ultraviolet. You could have a normal like as well, but I didnt really understand the need... More

This hostel is just fine...nothing really special, decent location near Miraflores (15 min walk) but only a 30 minute bus to the centre of town. It is clean and secure and reasonably cheap but just doesnt offer anything special, so depends what you want really!

This is where I oriented being "out of country", not speaking the language ... a bit intimated. Ekeko blessing this hostel attracting some of the most wonderful international kids. Together, for they were always kind enough to include "grandMa" in their in-house as well as city adventures. And thats the kind of hostel Ekeko is. Home away from home. A... More

they promised me a private room with bathroom. but it turned out to be a dorm room with small hard bunk beds and I had to pay for 4 to have it private. I compained and after a lot of grunting I got a refund. it wasn,t very clean; moldy walls. breakfeast was included but not available if you have... More

This was a great small hostel with excellent hosts, comfortable mattresses and a great setting. The hostel is walking distance from Kennedy Park and supermarkets and the courtyard is perfect for relaxing after exploring Lima. They have very knowledgable staff who can give you sights to see and the bike rental is some of the cheapest we've found. Breakfast is... More

I only stayed at this hostel for one night so my review may not be super accurate as there may have been more to see and understand at this hostel, but from what I saw, I wasn't impressed. In comparison to other hostels I've stayed at, the cleanliness was not good! I felt completely uncomforable in the bathroom. Also, we... More
