I guess my experiences weren't too bad here compared with other reviewers. I had hot water, what I would consider clean linens and towels, a working tv, and I had no issues with the staff. I found the hotel online while looking for a place near the airport to get a few hours sleep before an early morning flight to Cuzco. It would have been better to stay at the airport.
