We enjoyed staying at Casa Inca because of its proximity to the Malecon, cafes, restaurants and shopping. It is located in a safe area of Lima. I was a little taken aback when we first saw our room on the ground floor. Our double room was small and crowded, not newly renovated, and had no open view of the ocean... More

We had a standard double room that was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were always available and quite helpful with information and getting us taxis for our outings. The breakfast room is fairly elegant and the breakfasts adequate. You are very close to the ocean walk and within 10 minutes walking to some pretty good restaurants (Mango's at... More

Stayed for 2 nights/3 days midweek as part of a larger business delegation to attend a seminar. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Service was attentive. The common areas and interior courtyard were cozy and great for informal conversations. Breakfast was great, too. A definite repeat visit is in order!

All of the reviews of this property I read were accurate, it is a nice place, clean, well situated but it is located exactly next to a 8 storey construction site which makes it intolerable to relax in ones room during the day. I stayed in feb 2014. I have rated the rooms as 'poor' because my room looked out... More

We stayed there for two nights on October 28 and 29, 2013. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The location is on a small side street a half block from the ocean. There are many restaurants and shops nearby as well as a park. The area seemed very safe and we were comfortable walking around in the evening... More

Great large room in Miraflores right near the ocean! Very private and thus quiet. We had a wonderful balcony that looked out over the ocean. Great large king sized bed with wonderful covers. The bathroom was large and had great shower with abundant hot water. Breakfast was wonderful in an elegant atmosphere with classical music playing and linen on the... More

The hotel is an historic mansion beautifully converted into a boutique hotel. My room was clean, fittings and accessories of high standard, great hot abundant shower, everything comfortable and most importantly quiet and tranquil. Brilliant location on the beach of Miraflores near everything. The third wonderful thing about this hotel is the staff, especially a particular young lady in the... More

I have just checked out of this hotel. My confirmed rate through booking.com was $135 per night. The casa inca would not honour this price and charged me $159 per night. Be sure to get an email confirmation from this hotel confirming price. Left a sour taste after a nice stay.

Only stayed one night prior to return to UK. Good location, though not really close to beach as there is no easy or short way down from the top of the cliffs! Rooms reasonably well appointed, ours on top floor had nice terrace, but very poor cold water pressure so beware the shower temperature! Good breakfast with nice service. While... More

Very good B&B. (an old mansion transforme in B&B) Suberb breakfast (milk, coffe, ham, cheese, a lot of fruits, eggs, cereals, all you can eat). Excellent location. (two blocks to Lacormar Mall, a lot of restaurants and shops around) Cozy place. Not so cheap, but worthwhile. (US$ 130 for two) I stayed two times in Abril, 2013 with two friends.... More
