Clean, spacious room in a great location. Staff was very helpful. Laundry service was nice.Located on a relatively quit street right near the Larcomar Mall in Miaraflores and just a few steps away from the sea. You are at a walkable distance to all conveniences. The breakfast good with fresh fruits, breads, cereals and made to order eggs.

This small hotel is located right down the street from the Larcomar Mall in Miaraflores and just a few steps away from the sea. You are at a walkable distance to all conveniences. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast good with fresh fruits, toasts and cereals. The place was once home to Peru's famous archaeologist Julio Tello, so... More

We stayed at the Casa Inca for 2 nights. We were a little worried about its location because our taxi driver from the airport had a lot of difficulties finding it. Once there, all our worries were gone. It is a "perfect" location. In the center but off the beaten track. It truly is within walking distance of everything you... More

We have stayed here three times. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our rooms have always been clean and well presented. The breakfast is good, with lots of fresh fruit. It is in a wonderful location - close to shops and easy walking distance to good restaurants, parks and banks. Wifi is excellent in public areas and in some... More

I stayed in this hotel one night, six months ago. I was told I would have a room with an "ocean view." My room was anything but what they had shown in pictures. Zero ocean view and the room looked and felt worse than a cheap motel. Apparently there are some nice rooms, but if you check in later in... More

Dear Sir, I am very concerned with your commets. I have personally investigated the facts you narrate with the hotel staff. This is what we have concluded: 1.- You stay in our hotel 6 months ago (may 24), unfortunaly we were overbooked and had to give you one of our classic rooms instead of the ocean view room you had... Stayed here in a 3 bedded room. The hotel is full of character and charm and the staff are efficient and friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and was served by two charming persons in an airy, home-like dining room. We were accommodated in a kind of annexe and the room was up a very steep flight... More

Casa Inca is my hotel of choice when staying in Peru. It is conveniently located in Miraflores, about a block away from Larcomar and the JW Marriott. Super close to Parque Kennedy and is very safe. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfy!

This is a unique gem. It feels like you are a guest in someone's home rather than staying at a hotel. The location is great - you can walk forever on the Promenade. A real charmer. The decor is fascinating. It feels like a piece of history.

Clean, beautiful, and peaceful in the midst of a city. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Mira Flores is a great place to unwind after too long on a plane. I thoroughly enjoyed walking around Lima meeting her people and visiting the outlying cities of Barranco, and Churillos. While it was winter there were still plenty of... More

I was intrigued to learn that this was the home of Peru's very own pioneer archaeologist, Julio C Tello. A tiny framed photograph of his wife sits atop a piano in the sitting room and it showed that they've kept the place very much like it was when he lived there so you really feel like a house guest. Very... More
