We stayed at the Novotel Lima on our way in and out of Peru with a group. The hotel is in a good location in San Ysidro area of Lima, near a few good restaurants. The rooms are very small, and the service is spotty- for example one stay we received complimentary bottled water and then did not. There is... More

Breakfast is great, room is very nice, with hangers, safe, nice bed, LED TV with VGA, P2, RCA, HDMI and USB 5V output power available. There's even a volume adjustment in the bathroom. I got a bedroom with bathtub and a nice shower. You can opt to have your towels changed or not - and they really respect that, which... More

This was a very nice hotel. Quite modern, and very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. We ate a buffet breakfast there 3 days, the selection was very good. The location is approximately 30 minutes from the Lima airport, depending on traffic could take much longer. Checkin/checkout was swift and easy.

Regular and executive rooms are tiny for the price; I would only recommend those for a couple of nights stay at the most. I had to switch to a suite (45 m2). Never understood the 'executive floor' difference. Pool is advertised as heated, but it isn't and Lima can get a bit cold.

Novotel is a well know place, so if you are looking for a good cost benefit with consistent service in a very good region, this is the place you must consider when visiting Lima, on business. Personnel well trained, attentive and showing a lot of pro activity, this hotel can be considered a place for which has a good value... More

This is a nice and clean hotel. It's situated in a good part of town. I have stayed there for 3 weeks. Next to the hotel is the Virgen del Pilar Church which is one of the attractions in Lima and can be easily used as reference point for the taxi drivers. I have stayed in a double room -... More

Stayed at the Novotel Lima for one night in Dec 2014. Good-sized room with all the necessary amenities and good wifi connectivity within the room and also in the hotel lobby. Buffet breakfast was also comprehensive and staff cleared all plates/utensils promptly. Check-in was fairly efficient and the porter was prompt in bringing our bags to us after we had... More

The hotel had AC, which we found was not always the case in many of the nicer hotels in Peru. The hotel is modern, with internet access in the lobby. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. No complaints at all.

Hotel is modern, clean and has good service. Great location. It is not in Miraflorez but close. If you are in for a good walk, you can walk there. Restaurants in the area are very good and within walking distance. In addition if you need water and snacks there is a very nice grocery store close by. WiFi works very... More
