I arrived at 3 in the morning and I thought everybody was going to be tired but they treated me really well. The rooms are clean, pretty and really warm. I really loved Peru and will definitely come back and stay in this hotel. more

I stayed at this hotel on 2 separate occasions during my week long trip to Peru in October. Yes, it was nice and clean and people were friendly and helpful and the breakfast good HOWEVER, on both occasions that I stayed at the Duo Hotel Boutique I was charged more money than what I originally signed for. Only after checking... more

Dear Guest We have read your review and feel sorry about it as you may be presuming we have acted incorrectly, and after serving over two thousand guests during the last 12 months, it is the first time we have read a review like this. Although, these reviews are always helpful to serve our guests better and allow us to...

We really enjoyed this hotel. San Isidro is a lovely neighbourhood although some way from the centre. But Lima is so sprawled out that it's difficult to know what a 'good location' is. There's not a lot to do nearby but you're between the centre and Miraflores and near plenty of good restaurants. And taxis are so cheap. Recommended. more

The hotel is not quite as flash as the photo´s seem to suggest, but not far off - it is still pretty good. The breakfasts are good too. At first the staff (all very attractive women) came across as a bit cold, however they were just being professional and giving you your own space in what is a small hotel.... more

Dear Guest We have read your review and feel sorry about the location is not convenient for your stay purposes. San Isidro is the most exclusive and elegant district in the city of Lima, and the most secure by far, compared to other parts of the city, specially the “Centro Histórico” Dowtown. The most important hotels in Lima are located...

This is a fine boutique hotel, spotless, roomy, and with most obliging staff.Set in a quiet neighbourhood yet not far from the restaurants, beaches etc of San Isidro and neighbouring suburbs. Staff will secure your boarding passes for you once given your flight details.Good breakfast. If a bit tired and jaded, stay home and eat in the hotel restaurant which... more

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my wife and thought it was a very good hotel. We were not very impressed with Lima overall but this hotel provided great sized rooms and very good service. There is a very good supermarket just up the road from the hotel that I recommend and a good chinese restaurant. The... more

We stayed at the Duo Hotel before and after our trip to Cusco. They arranged for a Taxi to pick us up at he airport. I believe his name was Mr. Barrera. He took us back and forth to the airport each time. He was very friendly and a great driver (very important in Lima). The staff at the hotel... more

From all the reviews on Trip Advisor - I guess I was expecting more. I actually did not find the front desk always friendly, except for Hiromi whom we met the last day. I was grateful she was there to help me book bus transfers from Lima to my next destination. Javier, the chef at Duo was amazing. He was... more

Dear guest We are very sorry about not being able to fulfill your expectations. It is true that it can be difficult to satisfy all our guest with such diverse requirements. However, we have doubts about the walls. Which walls do you refer to? The hotel has only one year of operations and of being painted, and the rooms walls...

I found this hotel from reading Trip advisor and got a great room deal off the web. The hotel was wonderful with the staff knowing my name as I walked in the door. Very roomy, clean rooms, a wonderful breakfast in the morning (staff can arrange a room service breakfast if leaving early), a nice outdoor area and a pool.... more
