I stayed at the Habitat on a business trip to Lima in May 2015. The company chose the hotel and there were quite a few of us at the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience. The rooms (at least the one I had) are not large. They are, however, nicely appointed, clean, and functional. For me, the biggest negative... More

The Habitat Hotel was a perfect place to stay after a long trip of roughing it in the high country. My husband and I opted to stay in the hotel instead of going home to Surco, and we were so glad we did! First of all, the rooms have air conditioning, which is a huge deal in the summer! Secondly,... My wife and I stayed at the Habitat Hotel for 5 night in February 2015. Our guide Arron (@TourGuidePeru) made the booking and arranged for a very large room at a very large discount. The hotel has an excellent location, a short walk to the oval, shopping, parks and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast... More

I have stayed in Hotel Habitat three times in the last three years. It is a clean hotel in a good area of Miraflores, Lima Peru. Lots of restaurants and things to do. The down side of this hotel is the Wi-Fi is almost nonexistent.

Basic hotel with air conditioning that works! Great location in Miraflores. Nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Think Motel 6. Beds come with one pillow. Bathroom comes with one set of towels and one roll of toilet paper. We had to ask repeatedly for basic supplies. WIFI was nice. Restaurant with very limited menu on site. But lots of dining... More

Lovely clean hotel. Large bathrooms in good repair. A/C works well. Housekeeping staff and front desk very attentive. Breakfast buffet was ample though ordering food the rest of the day was less successful (slow and limited). Elevators run a bit slow and are small. This hotel had the feel of a boutique hotel in a large US city. It is... More

This hotel was my first stop in Peru. The hotel is located in Miraflores. They have a good breakfast in the morning and the staff is helpful. My view was the wall but at least was clean. Apparently they didn't have too many rooms available when I arrived and they gave me the suite that have a huge jacuzzi.

Good location near parque Kennedy, although a bit of a hike to the waterfront. Clean rooms - good deal for the location in that respect. However, this hotel clearly has limited business and has no amenities. I arrived on a late flight and the hotel did not even have bottled water available for sale. They said I could purchase water... This was comfortable and in a good location. The breakfast was also nice and had many options to choose from. Shower was large and there was plenty of hot water to use. My only complaint was about the road noise that made it somewhat difficult to sleep. Be aware that you must lock the door yourself; I did not realize... More
