+ Nice staff (speak english) + good rooms + good breakfast + airport service (25 soles is ok, other drivers charge 50) + roof terrace - sourrounding area (but I think no one hits this hostel for exploring Lima) = Good stay between flights!

This is a small hotel near the airport that caters heavily to back packers. We stayed here overnight on a layover in Lima so did not use the space for very much. It’s barebones; for instance, there is no formal roof over the third floor common areas, just the concrete pillar and exposed rebar one sees so often in places... More

Via hostelbookers, I booked a one night stay in a 4 bed-room with en suite bathroom for me and 3 friends. We had an early flight to Cusco, and the Ramada connected to the airport was charging an exorbitant price. For $12 each, we figured we could rough it for a night. The room was pretty basic - the bathroom... More

We had one night there. Although we booked ages ago we emailed a few days ahead to confirm the room, we were offers transfers and took them as they were very reals able. The chap who picked us up was so lovely and friendly. Excellent English all round for all employees. Breakfast included. Basic but good. Clean rooms, quiet location.... More

The staff here is great! The location is in a high crime area so I would not recommend walking around much in Callao especially at night. There was a worker named Dennis here who was extremely helpful and very friendly. It is on a five minute drive from the airport. About a 30-45 minute ride from Plaza d Arms and... More

I purely selected Pay Purix on the basis that it was close to the airport and I only had from 7:00pm in the evening to 7:00pm the following morning to spare...as such, it made no sense to venture further south to the likes of Miraflores or Barranco. For stopover purposes, it was a perfectly fine and did its job well.... More

We arrived on a delayed flight and as we had to catch an early flight to Cusco we booked this place for its proximity to the airport. They sent a cab for us, which didn't over charge us, and the place is 5 mins away. It's clean and friendly and the breakfast was adequate. The wifi worked well. If you... More

Walk from the airport took about 20 minutes. Arrived at 12:30am to very friendly front desk staff. The room however smelled like urine, and the toilet had a leak. Very disgusting! The beds were clean, at least - but thankfully we were only in Lima for about 24 hours or else I'd have forfeited the cost of the room and... More

We had made a reservation due to overnight flight. Confirmed 3 times with transportation to airport. Arrived at hotel and sleepy guys says no reservation and hostel sold out. Cannot depend on this place hence look for another place otherwise stranded at airport or bus station. And at airport ticketing counters do not open till 4 am.

With all the recommendations you get, not to take the wrong taxi, to be careful at night, well, we picked this place just because it's close to the airport and, well, rather cheap.. For us gringos, anyway. Our plane landed at 10.30 PM, so we stayed here for one night, then moved into town, and we got what we came... More
