We checked in to Stefano's without a reservation after a mix up on out connecting flight. We arrived at Stefano's on the recommendation of a taxi driver (be very skeptical of taxi drivers, they have no set rates and try to charge tourists outrageous prices). The room was large, the location was good. and we were only staying one night... More

We stayed two days in this hotel, the receptionists are kinda nice but I didn't like that they asked for the money of the two days in the first day coz the second day was in the next week. It didn't have sense, it was like they forced you to pay, just in case you decide not staying the other... More

We stayed at this hotel during the month of June and we were pleased with our stay. We were able to get a good discount for the seven days we stayed, due to the fact that June is not exactly the month they have a lot of tourists. Our room was kept really clean during our whole stay. They provided... More

The local is very good You can go by walking i a lot of places I were on lobby so the room was so noise. The breakfast was a little poor but enough I recommended this hotel but not on the lobby floor. The people were so nice and the hotel and the room simple but clean

rooms are okay (though safetybox didn´t work and a window couldn´t close ) and cleaning is good. breakfast decent, and parking good for small cars. BUT it is one of the most noisiest places i´ve been: could hear the people upstairs walking around, could hear the a/c and the toilet next door, could hear the washing-machines - also at night... For starters, the hotel transport was late picking the family up from the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was more than adequate. The hotel was reasonably close to the shopping district and wasn't too loud. The overall cleanliness could have been better, but was acceptable for the short time we spent there. The showers... More

I was here with my GF last week, we also selected this hotel based on location and price. It seems pretty nice in despegar.com and traveladvisor.com but its not how it looks like. We made a reservation for 3 nights but only stayed 1 because it was very unpleasant. Our room wasnt ready when we came in so we had... More

We selected this hotel based on location and price. It was too good to be true. The hotel is old and unkept. The bathroom has a large tub, yes; but no shower curtain so the bathroom gets soaked. We had no bath towels, and when they arrived they were not only old, but dirty. The location is very noisy. When... More

I stayed here for two nights. The lobby is nice, the hotel located close to Kennedy Park. The room was ok, the bedding was a bit scratchy, but clean. The bathroom and amenities were average. To get a hair dryer, you have to ask for it at the front desk... The door lock was very inadequate. I put a chair... More

I am sitting in the lobby right now, totally disgusted with this hotel. I was charged two days later for a stain on a blanket that I was never aware of and for making a phone call to attempt a refund. I was told the hotel manager was only available until 1 PM on Saturday and off on Sundays. I... More
