I have no way to compare first hand, but based on what I understand, many alternatives are too close to the Amazon proper, which can be a busy and sometimes noisy river. I stayed here for a couple of nights. It was fantastic. Our tour guide Edson was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about. They let us chose things at our own pace. I would definitely come back and suggest this place without reservations.
