I have recently done the Mystical Ayahuasca 4D/3N. It was an incredible trip into the jungle and surrounding areas! Ive seen things I have dreamed of for ages. I was picked up from the airport from a friendly driver from Maniti and he took me to the office. I didnt have a place to sleep yet for the night before... More

Went here with my boyfriend end of March 2014. We were picked up from the Iquitos airport by private taxi and brought to the office in the middle of crazy Iquitos. Here, we paid the rest of the cost of the trip. I would suggest paying everything in advance because it is not so easy to get American dollars in... More

The Amazon experience was the perfect way to get into the rainforest. Jorje our Guide was knowledgeable, flexible and took our interests and needs into everything we did. From meeting Monkeys and Anacondas to amazing meals with the perfect amount of hammock time, I would highly recommend Maniti Expeditions.

I just returned from Peru and my 3D/2N Amazon experience with Maniti Expeditions. My flight was 2 hours late arriving, and they were right there waiting for me. I was by myself, so as we went about the tour, they really tailored the experience to exactly what I wanted. We did most of the 'sample' itinerary posted online. I played... More

I wanted to go on a tour with them but the guy I was in touch with was so unhelpful and even rude that I never managed to book even. He told me I could book online through Paypal but there was no option to do so. I was already in Iquitos so I went to the office address given... More

I was looking for a minimalist stay in the amazon. .. and that is what Maniti delivered. .. the rooms were basic but CLEAN .. I never had a problem with critters in my room .. The common area had plenty of tables and chairs to sit and chat or eat .. The food was simple but very good ...... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here at maniti for 2 days 1 night and it was brilliant. From when we were picked up and until we were dropped off we were treated like family. The food was awesome, they supplied a good variety of meals and everything was clean. Whatever you asked for was never an issue. Beds were comfy... More

I cannot say anything negative about our experience, other than wish we could have stayed a few days longer. I was a little nervous about how I would deal with the mosquito population in the jungle, but even that was a piece of cake with the correct repellants and clothing treatment. Now on to the fun stuff...we had the most... More

I spent my whole life wanting to see the Amazon, and it did not disappoint. We had Edwin as our main guide, and occasionally worked with Alfredo during our 4d/3n trip. Both of them were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We hadn't planned on the Ayahuasca experience, but it was offered and we had the very seasoned Alfredo as our guide... More

My boyfriend and I did a 5d/4n visit. The lodge/main room and bedrooms are simple enough, but being in the middle of the jungle I wouldn't expect more. The food is basic- lots of rice and eggs... and wonder bread. We enjoyed the jungle hikes, visiting palo alto, monkey island and canoeing. When we arrived, our river boat driver (who... More
