Seemingly like everyone else at the Eco Inn, we stayed there for a day and half pre-Inca Trail/Machu Picchu and after as well. The hotel seemed new, was clean and had everything we could possibly need including Oxygen since some of our family of 4 felt terrible from the altitude. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating which was a... More

The location of this hotel is great if one wants to shop for local handicrafts as it's located right opposite the Cusco handicrafts market. It's also a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel has utilized its limited area very well and has a lovely atrium courtyard in the middle with beautiful plants hanging from he balconies. It gives... More

I stayed in this hotel twice, two nights before going to Machu Picchu and two nights after coming back. Firat stay: Can't ask for much for from a three star hotel. Rooms were nicely sized and clean. The bathrooms were alright. Wish they were a tad bigger but not a big deal. Staff were all very friendly. Restaurant was good,... More

The staff here are so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is good, many options to choose from. I stayed here twice, on my way to and for the Ink Trek, the first time I was on level 2, lovely room, the second time on the ground floor right at the lobby. There was some noise that came... More

I liked this hotel...didn't love it. Service all around is excellent. The first room we were in was very nice, but overlooked the central courtyard and would get noisy when large tour groups gathered in the lobby to wait for buses. The second room (after returning from MP) was in a cold, dark, back hallway, which was pretty weird, but... More

I loved this hotel. It was very clean and spacious; a great layout. The rooms were very nice and the restaurant and bar on site were also very good. The staff was friendly and bilingual. There is complimentary Coca tea in the lobby for guests as well, which is nice if you are battling altitude sickness. The room came with... More

This hotel was chosen by our tour company and has several pluses: location which is walking distance to main square, markets, shops, etc.; a lovely dining room with better than average "tour" food, (great fish choices and breakfast buffet); local musicians in the evening; friendly, efficient staff, and complimentary computer access.

We were adviced about the noisy Av El Sol, but in our stay we did not experiment something like this. It was near to the theater for the local dances and to the artcraffs market too. The rooms were clean and the staff ready to do the service, so not complains, we enjoyed.

The staff was very courteous and efficient. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection and the dinner menu included a tasty trout. The location is convenient to nearby restaurants and a large local market.
