Great location of the hotel, only 10 minutes walk to the “Plaza de Armas”. No need to take a taxi.Taxi affordable about 4 to 5 soles. Rooms have electric heating and beds are good. Staff is very helpful and professional. Breakfast is simple but nice and good. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you guys.

The location of this hotel is excellent. About a 5 minute taxi ride to the main plaza in Cuzco. (Aprox. 5 soles) The bed is comfortable and the shower/bathroom was very clean. The water was always hot! The wifi was pretty good too. The best part was the staff was always friends and ready to help with anything.. They bring... More

Really enjoyed the location and room. It was located within walking distance of all the major sights and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was lacking somewhat as the staff seemed disinterested. The breakfast options were pretty basic but sufficient as we were up very early each morning as we ventured out on our full day tours. I would... More

I booked this hotel through Booking.com 1 month before our stay and we were really looking forward to it. We were going to do the 4 day Inka Trail hike to Machupicchu and then stay at this place. The day before our trek, we went to the hotel and dropped the luggage we were not taking to the hike and... More

I stayed here recently for 5 nights - 4 before heading to Machu Pichu and 1 after the trek, through a group charity booking. The hotel was awful - incredibly noisy; very rude staff who, apart from one lady, were extremely unhelpful - the staff also lived in the hotel and would have room parties with the door open at... I was here for a study abroad trip from the states and couldn't have enjoyed myself more. The staff was awesome and helpful. It is located within walking distance to everything from food to the markets. A friend and I got here after hastily searching the Web for a suitable replacement for our less-than-acceptable hostel in San Blas. As backpackers, we made a decision to "splurge" for the upcoming New Year holiday and to enjoy our last few days of vacation and of 2013. We made the booking online through booking.com, only to realize upon arrival... More

The place, the service, the people and breakfast were excellent. I highly recommend to shower as early as possible and as soon as you get back from visiting the ruins. Or, check for hot water. If you are sure the water is hot under the sink, take a shower asap if not, welcome to a shower with fresh melted ice... More

We stayed here for two nights as part of a Cusco/Machu Picchu package tour. Nice place, comfortable. As someone said, a little dated, but not in an unpleasant way. Staff was helpful and courteous. Plenty of computers for internet. Good breakfast. Location was OK. A little walk to the center but certainly manageable once you're used to the altitude!
