I want to start by saying that we are not people who expect 5 star accommodation from a 3 star hotel. This review is based on our expectation of a clean, budget level hotel. We stayed in this hotel before and after our Inca Trail hike with GAdventures. There are 2 distinct wings, and the one we stayed in was... More

the hotels location cannot be beaten, it is less than 5 minutes away from the main plaza. the hotel is basic but is good, hotel wifi does not work in the rooms, only main reception. does the job though and is clean and nice. room had a lovely view of the cathedral from behind, breakfast basic but good.

We stayed here as a part of our Inca Trail tour with G Adventures. The room was very tiny with no windows. It was freezing and the heater didn't work. We had a lot of issues with the shower, no hot water and it didn't drain. They also didn't have any hair dryers so if you need one (like me)... More

I stayed here before and after my Inca Trail hike. Location is great, short walk to Cusco plaza. It's average hotel, basic rooms. We had some issues with our showers/hot water, then we had to change room. Wifi only worked downstairs in outdoor lobby. Overall it's mediocre place if you are a traveller flexible person, location is great. Cusco is... More

Yep you read it! I always open up the sheets and to my surprise a small bug jumped from the sheets and bounced away. The floor was dirty and I even stepped on a previous guests ear waxed piece with my toes - gross! Wasn't a great sleep before the 4 day inca trek however when I returned from camping... More

G Aventures use this hotel so expect to get waken up when a group are leaving early in the morning. The rooms are adequate in size. Try to get a room in the front section of the hotel as this has been renovated. Hot water takes a while to arrive at the shower and water pressure is minimal. Breakfast is... More

Watch out: We booked via Expedia and weren't able to pay in advance. When we got to the hotel, the receptionist wouldn't let us pay the price we'd booked for and tried to charge us more (I don't mean for taxes or anything, she just wrote a random number on a calculator and showed it to us). After a lot... More

We were here for a total of 4 nights as we passed through to do the inca trail. In that time we moved rooms twice. First was due to an ant infestation which I'm sure has now been dealt with. The second time was due to a bunch of drunk men who hang out in the alley at the back... More

I spent 6 nights in Cusco and this was a great place to stay. Breakfast is pretty basic, but the hotel was inexpensive (45$ a night) and very close to the city centre (Plaza de Armas)..Wifi signal on the first floor was non existent..better on the 2nd floor and strongest on the third. My only issue is that i had... More

This lovely hotel has an excellent location, close to the plaza, but not to close to have any annoyance from it. The rooms are basic but clean, although we did have a bit of mould on the ceiling of our bathroom. Spread around the hotel you can find lovely relaxing area's, they really give a nice feeling to it. There... More
