We arrived at 7.00am after a long trip. We were so happy we could check in at 9.00am at no extra charge. This property felt extremely secure as you need to be buzzed in which is a massive plus. We were offered tea as soon as we arrived which was a nice touch. Our room was warm and spacious, the... More

Stayed 5 nights in total in this hotel. Frequently asked for early breakfast at 4am due to trips planned. Nothing was a problem and they were exactly on time. Rooms were very spacious and lovely shower. They also arranged caps for us. It's bit out of the centre, but good to walk. Close to restaurant green point, one of the... More

What a great place to stay and owner Elizabeth was extremely helpful. We loved staying here and enjoyed the walk down into the historic part of the city several times a day. Breakfast was an added delicious bonus and the rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable.

PROS The staff at the hotel were very nice and available to help when needed. The breakfast was really great! Fresh fruit, bread, an omlette and juice/tea. When we were checking out at 530am one morning they brought us the breakfast room service style. The location was good. A 10 min walk to the central Plaza des Armas. CONS The... More

The staff were wonderful here. Really helpful and even brought us breakfast at 4am before inka trek. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. Close to San Blas attractions. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

The hotel is a 10 min walk from downtown, not on the main street but in a residential area. The staff is nice. The rooms were OK, although with really tiny bathrooms. Our rooms' windows were looking over the lobby so you can't really get fresh air and it can get pretty noisy.

This building is pretty new and very clean. The owner is very kind and helpful but since there is no reception desk you have to knock on the living room door to ask something. Room was very large with nice beds and a hot shower in the bathroom. Due to the only window opening up to the atrium is was... More

We stayed almost a week here. The rooms and amenities far exceeded any other hotel we stayed in during our month long trip of Peru and Ecuador. Our matrimonial room also had two twin beds, as did the other two young adults we were traveling with. The rooms had refrigerators, a sink, and tea cups and glasses. The doors were... More

I stayed with my husband at the El Marsical Cusco for three nights before we did a trek and the night we came home after the trek. Elizabeth and the team are incredibly hospitable and made our stay in Cusco enjoyable. They organised a cooked breakfast for us before the hike at 4am and at 5am the day of our... More
