Stayed here for two lots of two nights. Rooms are basic but adequate. A oil filled radiator is provided for heating. Both of the rooms that we had only had cold running water in the wash basin. Breakfast was average for hotels in Peru, was served and varied every day. Wi-fi is available but it is not available in all... More

We stayed in the Inkarri Hostel at either end of our Inca Trail trek. The hostel itself is a nice place with plenty of room to sit around, including a sitting room and a courtyard area. The rooms are reasonably spacious with a very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and a radiator/heater for the winter months. Free wifi is... More

We stayed four nights at Inkarri on the way to and from a trekking expedition. Well-situated on the outskirts of the central city, close enough to walk easily to the main attractions (including the thrill of being a pedestrian on the alleyway/main highway called Recoleta!) but far enough to avoid the jostle of the tourist hoard when you've had enough... Located within easy walking distance of the town centre. This is a very quiet hostel with two central quads to chill from the hustle of the city. Staff are very helpful and there is a good breakfast. They will do breakfast early if you ask. The rooms have enough space and a good bathroom.

This hostel is expensive for the area. The trip advisor book said it was 36$ a night and now it's $47. It's off an alley and a long walk from the center of town. My guess is that it was a good deal when Tripadvisor put it in it's book, it got bookings from that, and raised it's prices. But... More

Four of us stayed here in May 2014 in two separate rooms, two different times. This was our base hotel between hiking trips. This accommodation is clean, nicely decorated and the people at the reception are very nice. Breakfast was served from pretty early and consisted of eggs, avocados, freshly baked rolls, butter, jelly, coffee and teas. The rooms are... More

Helpful staff and convenient location a few blocks from the central plaza and good restaurants. Breakfast was good but, Wi-Fi was a bit slow and wasn’t available in my room during the 2nd stay. The staff was quick to reset routers or whatever needed to be done within their power.

Excellent service overall. People were really nice and they arranged for us to be picked up from the airport when we arrived. The rooms were decent, toilets could use a bit of fixing and the second floor was definitely nicer tham the first (we stayed here before and after the Inca Trail). The place is a bit further from the... More

My two sons and I stayed at the Inkarri for three days as we got acclimated to the altitude before doing a four day trek up the Inca Trail and then stayed there for one day night on our return. We loved the Inkarri right from the start as they served us coca tea in the courtyard as we checked... More

The hotel is not located well...it is far from most things you would like to do. While it appears initially charming there are significant issues with the hotel. a) there are no locks on the doors b) my door handle was falling off c) there was no safe in the room to store valuables d) there was no TV remote...
