This is probably the most luxurious hotel we have ever stayed in. It comprises 11 suites in a beautifully converted villa that has been home to a number of famous Peruvians including Simon Bolivar. The suites are on two floors, with the ground floor suites opening out onto a beautiful square courtyard, grassed in the centre, with several chairs and... More

Boutique hotel in the center of Cusco a block away from the main plazas. Service is amazing and the rooms are huge and well furnished. Quaint restaurant on site with plenty of other great options nearby.

We have traveled to all 7 continents, and this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Very secure, as front door is only accessible via doorman to guests. Quiet, but centrally located in Cusco. We are a family of three adults, and they were able to accommodate our request to all stay in 1 room. Even... More

This has to be one of the nicest hotels in which we've ever stayed. From the moment you walk in until the time you leave, staying at La Casona is like having your own oasis in the middle of Cuzsco, just steps away from everything. We enjoyed our room and took advantage of the hotel's new aromatherapy bath service one... More

Our preferred place to stay in cusco. This is a mansion with only 12 suites, built around 1550 and located in the centre of cusco. To enter you have to knock at the hundred of years old door and a doorman will court you to the lounge, where you are offered drinks while somebody takes care of the rest. No... More

La Casona has history, great architecture, wonderful well appointed rooms full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. It is well located within a stroll of the centre. The restaurant fits in well with the building and the included breakfast was well presented with sufficient although not an extensive choice. All things considered this is probably... More

Gorgeous hide out, fantastic room, garden, lobby and restaurant. Very refined, beautiful interior, private (door is closed, everybody is welcomed by the porter). Staff is very helpful. We enjoyed breakfast and diner in the nice restaurant.

La Casona is well located in the heart of Cusco. Unfortunately for us, our three nights there were not at all relaxing. Other reviews speak of its intimacy. For us, that was the problem. The rooms are all located around a central courtyard. It was very noisy. We were only able to sleep after the last guests arrived and before... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of May. There are only 11 suites so it is a very intimate experience. The rooms are huge with a very comfortable bed and a bathroom that in many hotels would be the size of the whole room. The hotel is steeped in history and is full of antiques.... More

A three generation girls trip that was maximized by the service and experience of the Inkaterra La Casona. We felt like royalty, from when we checked in and through out our stay. The food was incredible, too. The beauty of the property is something we will never forget. The turndown service is something really special, you have to stay there... More
