This was the worst hotel in Peru I have have been. There are rooms that are very noisy because drivers like to blow a horn at the corner. There are others without window. I could alomost not breeth in the night. The breakfast was very very poor. They serve a so called "orangejuice" in fact orange sugar water.

Me and my two friends happened upon this hotel during our Spring Break in Cusco. Our room was very nice, on the third floor with a bed for each of us and a private bathroom. Very old rooms. Staff aren't helpful and make reserch in your bags.

Hostal Monarca is OK. It's really close to the Plaza de Armas and the staff are helpful and quite friendly.
