The staff is friendly is truly helpful, they adjust to your needs. The location, a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas. It's next to San Pedro market. There are plenty of cheap shops and restaurants around. Rocio was just the best, she made us fee at home. We got to have hot coca tea every time we arrived to... More

We found this place on TA. Very good location. Rocio, was great. She helped us out for tour plans and went above and beyond. Rooms were clean and staff were all helpful. Breakfast was good and she was flexible with times. And of course the complimentary Coca Tea! Helps with the altitude. Great priced, basic boutique style hotel. I would... More

I have to start this review off by saying Hotel Casablanca has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Rocio is extremely nice and she does everything she can to make your stay great. I do; however, have to be fair and honest with my reviews or I'm doing a disservice to future travelers. The Hotel Casablanca is... More

We arrived at the hotel via Taxi from the airport without enough soles to pay our driver (yikes!) but luckily one of the staff members lent us 20 soles and that started our good stay at Hotel Casablanca! You will get a carafe of coca tea everyday and you should absolutely drink it! On the rooms: they are basic but... More

I was met at the airport by the owner's father who gave me a tour of the city in Spanish on our way back to the Hotel. Even though I was early, they let me check in, showed me to my room and brought me Coca Tea to help with the altitude. My interior room had windows that opened into... More

We received a very warm welcome here. While we were filing in registration forms, the heating was turned on in our room, and a pot of coco tea was left for us. The room was small, but comfortable, with lots of storage space, a good warm shower, and a good breakfast. Staff were super friendly, arranged a taxi for us... More

Clean, friendly, helpful folks. The rooms are basic, but it is a good price. They are well-located - it is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. Lots of room in the lobby/ dining room area, a good place to go if the room seems small.

Rocio and the entire Hotel Casablanca family are amazing! From the minute they pick you up at the airport you feel like part of the family. The hotel is in a perfect location right in the center of historical cusco. The care that they put into the hotel and their service is fantastic. It's super super clean. I wouldn't even... More

My wife and I two days at the Casablanca hotel in Cusco. Our taxi driver was waiting for us when we got off the plane from Lima. He held a placard with my name in large letters, making identification simple. This free service was prompt and friendly coming and going. When we arrived at the hotel hot coca tea was... More

My daughter & I stayed for over a week. From the prompt friendly airport pickup to helping nurse me back from altitude sickness, the entire staff was excellent. The location suited us perfectly: not too far from the 'tourist' area of Plaza de Armas but more in the local district and very close to the San Pedro market - with... More
