Stayed at Casablanca for 2 nights and left baggage at the hotel for the hike to Machu Picchu and came back for another 2 nights. Rocio, the hotel owner and all the staff (including her father) are all very helpful and friendly. They made sure we had hot water and hot cocoa tea every day when we returned to the... More

....to Machu Picchu. I booked my whole 10 day trip from Playa on the internet and decided on Hotel Casablanca for my time in Cusco; 5 days. It's a great location being just a few blocks from the Center City and all the shops and restaurants. The Center City is a great place to people watch and book a tour... More

Stay at Casablanca for the service. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful, and very accommodating. They do a great job of making you feel welcome and are very warm. Breakfast was good and filling (they ask you what you'd like out of what they've made and then bring it to you) and they always had coca tea... More

I stayed at Casa Blanca with husband , and i really enjoy my stay. The rooms were clean. It was really quiet so i sleep very well. The hotel is only 1 block from main square..i love that!! the breakfast was good: juices, cheese, eggs, etc. If i come back to cusco i'll stayed at this hotel again.

The staff is friendly is truly helpful, they adjust to your needs. The location, a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas. It's next to San Pedro market. There are plenty of cheap shops and restaurants around. Rocio was just the best, she made us fee at home. We got to have hot coca tea every time we arrived to... More

We found this place on TA. Very good location. Rocio, was great. She helped us out for tour plans and went above and beyond. Rooms were clean and staff were all helpful. Breakfast was good and she was flexible with times. And of course the complimentary Coca Tea! Helps with the altitude. Great priced, basic boutique style hotel. I would... More

I have to start this review off by saying Hotel Casablanca has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Rocio is extremely nice and she does everything she can to make your stay great. I do; however, have to be fair and honest with my reviews or I'm doing a disservice to future travelers. The Hotel Casablanca is... More

We arrived at the hotel via Taxi from the airport without enough soles to pay our driver (yikes!) but luckily one of the staff members lent us 20 soles and that started our good stay at Hotel Casablanca! You will get a carafe of coca tea everyday and you should absolutely drink it! On the rooms: they are basic but... More

I was met at the airport by the owner's father who gave me a tour of the city in Spanish on our way back to the Hotel. Even though I was early, they let me check in, showed me to my room and brought me Coca Tea to help with the altitude. My interior room had windows that opened into... More

We received a very warm welcome here. While we were filing in registration forms, the heating was turned on in our room, and a pot of coco tea was left for us. The room was small, but comfortable, with lots of storage space, a good warm shower, and a good breakfast. Staff were super friendly, arranged a taxi for us... More
