Stayed here 2 nights during our excursion. Very well located about 10 minutes’ walk from the main square. It is an enjoyable walk with historic buildings (Inca and early colonial period) along the way. Hotel offers free WI-FI and had DISH TV. We did receive some American and English language programs. As were all the hotels we stayed in, the... More

We stayed at Hotel Taypikala following our 2 night Inca Trail trek. Rooms were spacious, clean and warm (ish). Given it was winter in Peru, rooms are almost always quite cold and you need to leave the heater on all the time. We appreciated the slightly later check-out time given to us by the hotel, as well as the reasonably... More

The rooms are simple, you'll have a space heater in colder months. The breakfast is solid, with lots of fresh fruit and juices, but they're slow to replace meat and cheese (which go quick at 630a). Free WiFi and friendly staff. My ride to airport was delayed and they helped me track down ETA. Fine place on a moderate budget.

We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it. The breakfast was pretty average, but the Coca Tea was complimentary and delicious. The location was within walking distance of all major areas. Just a few minutes from the artesenal markets, main square and Avenida de Sol. Being situated in the city this could be said for most hotels, but this... More

Close to main square but on relatively quiet side street....short and safe walk to local restaurants and tourist attractions. Stayed prior to and after Inca Trail, both rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff made good recommendation for local coffee shop and were helpful in allowing later check out and storage of luggage. Computer with internet free to use in... More

Surprise by this hotel, very center near the Church, Museum, Restaurants, and the people very attend and friendly willing to help you with anything, they have Oxygen if you need it. They have Coca Tea in the lobby for those who can drink it.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Nice size, clean and comfortable rooms. Good location (a few minutes walk from the main square). Very helpful staff. Good choice @ breakfast. Allowed us to check out an hour late with no extra charge.

Warm water and a full breakfast would recommend to people staying in Cusco before traveling further. The room was clean, there was plentiful hot water, there was a jet tub in the matrimonial suite. The staff was friendly and helpful in all aspects and I highly recommend the stay.
