We concluded our yoga/hiking trip back in Cuzco. This hotel was fine, efficient and not far from the center of town. Breakfast had lots of choices. Oxygen if you need it, which I did. Quiet. Clean. Doorman kept out any potential riffraff.

The high point of this place is it's location. It's v close to the l plaza de armas as well as some other sightseeing high points of the city. The people are helpful and nice. The rooms are v basic. Beds, toiletries, linens, table, chair and TV. Nothing fancy, no fridge, microwave etc.. Bfast is good with eggs, ham, breads,... More

Our tour group stayed here for several nights. Although small, and not very fancy, it has lots of local charm. Coco tea is available for free in the lobby 24/7. Wifi is okay in rooms, but works great in lobby area. Buffet breakfast was good. There is a nice jewelry counter only open in the mornings, 5:30-9:30 am for early... More

Hotel was beautiful and the staff took good care of us, particularly during a stressful point in our journey. They went the extra mile and the prices were reasonable. Great place to stay and very near the train station.

Excellent location to walk around plaza, mussums, nightlife. Breakfast adequate, staff pleasant, coca tea available at all times as well as oxygen bottles if needed. We stopped there on three occasions and it felt lime coming home.

I would recommend Taypikala to anyone who is after good value for money and doesn't require anything too luxurious from their stay. The rooms are well appointed, staff are adequately helpful and services are up to scratch for a 3 star hotel. Tip: We stayed on level 1 and 2 of the hotel and found the that the room on... More

We stayed at this hotel on the last two nights of our Peru holiday, the hotel was a bit dated but clean and the staff were very obliging, the food was reasonable. Breakfast okay but adequate. There was an outdoor pool but it appeared not to be open, even though it was quite warm, but to be fair it was... More

Enjoyed our stay here so much that we will be keeping all the information to book again on our own trip. We were on an Active Adventures Tour Capybara. The staff were so very accommodating and understanding of people from lower elevations. Awesome!!
