I was very impressed with the Hotel staff who spoke good English and ensured we had a very comfortable stay. The rooms are small but very cozy and compact. The good: nice foyer with lots of plants and fountain; Service and breakfast was adequate; very nice and extrememly helpful staff; close to town within walking distance to Plaza de Armas and all the shops etc. The bad: bed was hard as a rock--felt like sleeping on a pool table; heater was on a timer and did not stay on..

The hotel was a ten minute walk from the center of the tourist area - I love to walk but with the altitude I'd say this was at the limit of how far I'd want to be from that area. The room was clean and they had free coca tea at all times and a very average buffet breakfast available.... More
