The staff at Midori were fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating. The location was ideal. Our room was big and comfortable. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 4 is the noise. We were in room 201 which is on the 2nd floor directly over the street and across from a school which generated a lot of noise. You could... More

Cusco is an incredible city so treat yourself and stay at a hotel where you can easily walk to the main square. Midori is just that place. The rooms are standard fare for Cusco -- clean but not over the top. The staff is helpful (like just about everyone in Peru that we met) and fluent in English. Breakfast is... More

Our first trip to Cusco and we stayed in Midori Hotel. It was just what we wanted. It was quaint and clean and conveniently located. We were able to walk daily to the Plaza. The staff were proficient in English and were vey helpful. Upon arrival, they greeted us with Coca tea which helped while we acclimated to the altitude.... More

This is a wonderful hotel, the staff is aware to assist you in any inquiry, are very kind and efficient. Other good reason to choose it is its location. Especially we are grateful for the assistance of Alexander. Without doubt we recommend it.

Stayed at Hotel Midori prior to my Inca Trail Trek. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, about 3 to 5 minutes walk to the Cusco Plaza de Armas city center. Please be aware that there is an elementary school across the street from the hotel. The sound of children's laughter from 8 to 3 was... More

This is a lovely little hotel, very close to the main square, though up a short hill from there. It is very comfortable and the room we stayed in was very well appointed. The breakfast is good and constantly freshly refurbished. The staff are all very pleasant and efficient, especially Branca in reception who knew our room number after only... More

We stayed at the Midori in Room 201 for 5 days. It is a relatively small hotel conveniently located about a block and a half from Plaza de Armas. The staff are always attentive and polite. WIFI is not free. I rented the computer at the 2nd floor for an hour for 3 soles but only used it for 10... More

Spent 5 nights at this great little hotel in June and were warmly welcomed by the staff. The hotel is in a great location just up a slight hill from the Plaza de Armas (take it easy on the hill, with the altitude it tires you quicker than you might expect!). We were lucky enough to be in Cusco for... More

We stayed at Midori for 2 nights and found this quaint but simple hotel charming and very clean and tidy. The location was great, just a block from the main square and San Blas (the artisan street). The only minus we experienced are the sudden ringing of the church bells on Sundays at around 5am which might catch you off... More
