We visited Cusco Mid July 2014 and stayed at this great wee hotel. The staff were really friendly and we could walk everywhere easily from the location. The dining hall had a really neat atmosphere and our room had a view right down the main street! A wee bit noisy with traffic but nothing that bothered us too much. A... More

The most friendly and helpful reception. Hotel is situated near road with some traffic, and some rooms have doors directly to the dining area which gives some noise. Ask for rooms on the upper level away from noise. We spent 4 nights in the hotel in July 2014 when it was very cold at nights. Bring an extra layer for... More

1.- The heater plug did not fit the wall outlet. 2.- They wanted to charge me more for using a credit card (that's plainly illegal). 3.- One day the Internet Wifi did not work 4.- The next day there was no hot water (in WINTER) 5.- The checkout time is 9 AM, Forget about having a night out the day... The hotel is located in the center of the town close to the plaza and San Blas. Even though it's on the corner of a busy road, we didn't hear the cars in the morning or in the evening. The staff was very friendly. good rooms and breakfast. Only negative point: in the evening there was no warm water!

Spend 3 nights here and everything was good, internet service on the upper floors is not that good but you can just sit in the corridor on the floor below where the internet is perfect. The staff was very helpfull. This is a good hotel to lodge when in Cuzco.

This hotel is very nice. Its rooms facing toward the Plaza have great views, especially at night. The rooms were clean and had hot showers. The only draw back is that the room did not have a space heater, but we did not request one. The breakfast was tasty, and the breakfast area is very nice. The people working there... More

Suenos del Inka, close (2 blocks or so) to the Cathedral square, is in a scenic section of town, with a great view of the town from the 3d floor and above looking towards the Cathedral. It's in an old bulding (I was told Colonial era), which gives the public areas a decent amount of charm and character. The staff... More

The staff was SUPER helpful and spoke perfect english. Great location, easily accessible to the Plaza Del Arms. Yummy Breakfast. Found it to be a Perfect home base to leave bags, etc while traveling to and from Machu Picchu. Very charming decor as well :-)

This hotel was ok but the very staff makes up for what the hotel lacks. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient to Plaza Del Armas, so you have easy access to shopping and restaurants. There is no elevator so you will have to climb stairs from the front door to your room. i... More

The people at the Suenos del Inka are so helpful and friendly they made staying such a pleasure. The character of the place is also charming and if you stay in room 107,you pass through a chapel on your way to your room. Lovely breakfast too. Highly recommended.
