I only had the briefest of stays here. I arrived late and left early. When I arrived at about 22:00,the hotel appeared very closed :-() I thought I was out of luck and locked out. Luckily by tentatively pushing at the front door I was able to get in. Some sort of inviting or entrance lighting would have been useful.... More

The hotel staff are very friendly and had provided us with great recommendations on restaurants near the surrounding area. 5 minute walk from the central square which is great for individuals that like to venture out in the evening. The stairs to the room is something that you need to get used to especially for travellers that are travelling from... More

We went to Peru for our honeymoon in mid-September, 2014. We bought a 4 days (3 nights) package for Cuzco with Santana Tours. The package included 3 nights and 3 breakfasts at Suenos Del Inka. When we arrived at the hotel, at 5AM in the morning, we were informed that the agency, despite the fact that they were the ones... More

We loved this hotel, the staff is wonderful. Lovely location close to the Plaza de Armas, restaurants, shopping, etc. Nice breakfast is included, fresh fruits, croissants, eggs, cheese. our room overlooked the city, a little noisy but the view was worth it. More like an inn than an impersonal hotel, we enjoyed our stay. They kept our luggage while went... More

We stayed two nights at Suenos del Inka while acclimating to the altitude in preparation for our four day trek on the Inca trail. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will carry your luggage up the many flights of stairs while you are still gasping for breath just trying to carry yourself at Cusco's high altitude. (Coca tea is... More

Good location. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. Lovely staff. Very helpful. You will be amazed by the strength the bell men have as they lift and carry three suitcases at a time up flight after flight of stairs. That's right, no elevator. Yet, let me still suggest the fourth floor ... It is the highest level, yet there... More

We stayed here for 3 nights July 31st to August 3rd - I loved this hotel in Cuzco - it is just around the corner from the main square, lots of good restaurants and just a great location, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff were absolutely lovely. As we were there during winter, they... More

We visited Cusco Mid July 2014 and stayed at this great wee hotel. The staff were really friendly and we could walk everywhere easily from the location. The dining hall had a really neat atmosphere and our room had a view right down the main street! A wee bit noisy with traffic but nothing that bothered us too much. A... More

The most friendly and helpful reception. Hotel is situated near road with some traffic, and some rooms have doors directly to the dining area which gives some noise. Ask for rooms on the upper level away from noise. We spent 4 nights in the hotel in July 2014 when it was very cold at nights. Bring an extra layer for... More
