Arrived here by recommendation before heading out to Machupiccu. Charged 110.00 US dollars, asked if credit cards were accepted and when we went to pay, we were told that a charge of 10% more would be added for using a credit card. We were told that was the standard in Cusco using credit cards. the next day we walked around... More

I just came in and got with the surprise that was given a room in the 5th floor. They lied telling me that this was assigned before and was informed to the travel agency, while I saw them assigning the rooms in front of me! I am trying to move somewhere else.

This hotel is conveniently located just a couple blocks away from the main square where all the restaurants and shops are. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple and clean. The breakfast buffet offered has a nice variety including: cereal, toast, bread rolls, yogurt, juices, tea, coffee and scrambled eggs. Most tours begin early in the morning... More

Stayed here 3 nights - 1 night prior to Machu Picchu hike and 2 nights after. Hotel is in a great location - just a couple blocks away from main shops/restaurants. The rooms are very basic, nothing to write home about, kind of noisy. Really good water pressure in the showers though. The water was off on the one night... More

Only problem I had was that like other hotels in Cusco they do not have elevator. I had 3rd floor room and I had to rest on each floor to get to my room. Very convenient place (5 minutes to plaza) good hot shower, good breakfast included, average amenity such as shampoo and dryer, etc. Staff are very kind and... More

Spend 4 nights in this hotel and I really liked the bedroom, good breakfast, nice people, good service, not that expensive & clean bathroom, in fact I just needed it to spend the night 'cause most of the day I was out very early and get back until late. So as in this case the hotel was just perfect. And... More

This was the worst hotel that we stayed in while in Peru. Our room was tiny and old, not to mention the bedsheet was stained. The toilet overflowed and while they kept telling us that they fixed it, it was still broken. After insisting, they gave us a different room for the second night. Both rooms were noisy, noise from... We stayed 5 nights in Cusco, the hotel is in a great location, walking distance from the Playa Mayor, restaurants, churches, museums. Nice rooms, good breakfast, nice service. The only thing we did not liked it , it was tiring to walk to the third floor, because of the altitude, I asked to be changed and we got another room... More

Convenient to the Plaza de Armas and San Blas neighborhoods, this hotel is in a great location. The rooms are comfortable, the hotel layout is interesting, and the staff is warm and helpful. Breafkasts were even better than I had expected. I would stay at this hotel if I get the opportunity to go back to Cuzco. The hotel is... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in Mar 15. We were on the 4th floor, good views over the city from the balcony running along the side of the building, but as there is no lift it is a tiring climb. The fixtures and fittings are a bit tired, and breakfast was a bit uninspiring. Our biggest issue relates to... More
