we just came from this spotless and excellent run hotel . our time here was fantastic not to mention the staff .simply superb but the owner Doris was just magnificent human being. The Garden House is more like a home than a hotel. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Spanish styled building with courtyard and garden/orchard on the grounds. This hotel is the best we stayed at in Peru. Beautiful rooms, setting and sisters that run the B&B. What I did not like were the hidden costs. They insist you drink the tea when you arrive, and then charge you for it on check out. They insisted we go out to eat and leave our son behind for them... more
