This was my favourite place we stayed in Cusco. Up a steep hill, but not far from the Plaza, the views from the roof terrace and some of the rooms are amazing! We stayed in two rooms on two occasions, and Biblioteca was my favourite with a dual aspect views over the town and the Plaza. It wasn't ensuite, but... More

We stayed for two nights in Biblioteca, and one night in Cecilia - both lovely, cozy rooms, but we liked Biblioteca the best. It had a lot of character, and great views from two sides. Sharing a bathroom was no problem, as there were loads of bathrooms with showers and toilets, all of them equipped with hair dryers. We never... More

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Only a few blocks from the center of Cusco. It wasn't the stay the was most amazing about this place. It's knowing the hotel donates some of it's profits to maintain a school in the Sacred Valley. We had a chance to visit this special school and we absolutely loved it.... More

This is a lovely place, with stylish clean rooms and great views from the terrace (though that means some vicious steps up to it at that altitude). Very clean, including the shared bathrooms. I'm not sure why it gets so much hype for having a really good atmosphere etc. The front desk staff were mostly helpful. The girls who run... More

We had a great time at Piccola Locanda... the stairs are rough, but the view of the city was just amazing! We stayed in Cecilia... the room is small, but perfect for 2 people. They aren't joking about having plenty of hot water! It was great! Our view was amazing from our room even. Most of the staff speaks pretty... More

This hostal was so much more than what we had expected. It was just a few steps from the center of Cuzco and nearby all the restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. But the actual place was just super cool, I loved the decor, it has a small library with many Peruvian books, a small kitchen, dinning room,... More

We just spent two days in Cuzco. Our stay at the Piccola Locanda started with a view from their terrace that is breathtaking. The owner and the staff were kind and helpful in suggesting trips arpund town. The walks from the place, either downhill to town or uphill to the inka ruins of Sacsayhuaman are beautiful.

We stayed here for two nights prior to doing the Inca Trail and one night after. The staff were very accommodating as we arrived at 5:00am after a night bus ride from Puno and allowed us to check in to our room. The breakfast was great, especially the cookies. The view of Cusco when you walk out the front door... More

Not our first time at the piccola locanda and certainly not our last one. Being in cusco means to us going this hostel. Is not just the gorgeous view, how well located it is, or even the yummiest breakfast. They do their bet for you. We stayed a couple of nights and then left for a few days to the... More

Stayed here for five days in January. It's more like an inn than a hostel -- claimed to be a converted family's home by one of their own, some of the spaces are great. Piccola was happy to arrange a very reasonable taxi pickup from the airport, which was simply added to our bill at check out. They offer laundry... More
