This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very nice, the customer service was excellent, the restaurant food was good. Walking around was very safe. If we ever return to Cusco, we will definately stay at this hotel. We just love the charm of it. It was just great.

Alex at the Private Collection Casa Andina in Cusco was super helpful. The airline lost my bag and he took it upon himself to find it for me at the airport. Very helpful and I really appreciated it! He (and others) were great to negotiate cabs for us and help in any way they could.

The hotel has a great setting in the old parts of Cusco. The building itself makes a great setting in a historic house. Apparently the rooms are really small and the sound isolation is poor. We stayed there for 4 days and woke up every morning around 7 hearing people leaving. Also every day towels were missing in the bathroom.... More

Dear Guest, We very much regret the poor perception you got from our service and infrastructure. Every guest request is carefully written down according to guest name and room number to make sure all requests are timely attended. We are surprised to know you did not get any additional towels after asking for them and sincerely apologize for this issue.... More

My brother and I stayed at Casa Andina in Cusco for 5 nights in late Dec 2010 and were initially quite pleased. Our original plans called for us to check out for 1 night and make the trek to Machu Pichu, then check back in. On the way, we decided we wanted to take 2 nights off, then check back... More

We would high recommend the Casa Andina Private Collection in Cusco. Jesus the Concierge was extemely helpful and helped us with many minor requests. The rest of the staff was very friendly and also willing to help us. One recommendation would be to ask the hotel to send a car or cab to the airport or train station as it... More

Unlike our stay at its sister hotel in Lima, this stay was without glitches and this is a far more charming hotel in a good location. It looks like an old hacienda with rooms facing into a courtyard (with a fountain in the center which you will hear at night). We enjoyed this hotel far more than the one in... More

we stayed here before and after a tour of machu picchu and had a great time. the first couple days we had a standard room that was relatively comfy except that the walls between our bathroom and the nextdoor bathroom (thankfully my parents and not strangers) was very thin and we could talk through the walls (i.e. they could hear... This hotel was great. The rooms were more than comfortable, the location was super-convenient and the hotel staff were unbelievably attentive and helpful. Make sure to make friends with Roosevelt, the world's best hotel staffer--everytime we needed something he seemed to be there to take care of it for us! Also, terrific breakfasts and excellent wi-fi service! We stayed there... More

Very classy place. The staff made the stay for us. We had some problems during our stay, wound up staying in 4 different rooms over 7 nights, but they were very accommodating and were always there for us. They had an army of staff around and all were very friendly. We called down late one night for oxygen and they... More

We just spent a total of four nights here--before and after hiking the Inca Trail--and it really felt like our home away from home. It is charming and very well located--all the sights are within easy walking distance. Rooms are large, beds are very comfortable, and we loved the heated bathroom tiles! Several times it was a little noisy in... More
