My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel in Cusco for one night. We checked in later than usual (around 7:00 p.m.) and were upgraded to the best suite in the hotel. We had two balconies, a living room, a king sized bed and much space. More importantly though, the service at the front desk and the concierge was... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our first wedding anniversary trip earlier this week before starting our Inca trail trek. I wanted a little something "nicer" so I booked a "suite" at this hotel. We also booked transportation from the airport to Casa Andina - Private Collection via email which I thought was quite convenient as they... More

We enjoyed the hotel, it is well appointed, centrally located and the staff members are courteous and helpful. Nonetheless, each AM I had progressively for itchy bites on my legs and back. I suspect that our bed had bedbugs.

We stayed here twice going into and out of the Sacred Valley. We spent two days exploring the city on foot as there was a two day transit strike going on. Given our great location we did not miss any planned site seeing. In addition to it's great location, the rooms were very comfortable. The dinning room served a very... More

The best thing about this hotel is its' location in Cusco - it is a short walk to the main square and any of the sights. Our room was quiet and a bit small, but adequate for our needs and we stayed there for two nights. On the second morning however there was a problem at the hotel and there... More

We were two old couples traveling together , and we found this place very romantic in every way. Our rooms were all upgraded to suites, large , high ceiling rooms, clean and delicately furnished. The staff one of the best, internet impeccable, restaurant, and had my first "pisa sour" and got drunk! Breakfast is very generous, and if you can't... More

We upgraded from the regular "Casa Andina" to the "Private Collections" for an extra couple hundred dollars extra and I was worth it. We had a comfortable stay here. Good Service at the front desk, absolutely clean and comfy bedding and fresh towel robes with slippers. Nothing to complain about, just compliments!
