Location and staff were amazing! After several days of on the go travel we spent a couple nights at Casa Andina where we were welcomed by an engaging staff and pillow soft beds! Grimaldo, Joel, and Jorge were super kind and personable with lots of insight and conversation. As a non-Spanish speaking gringo there was no problems communicating!

Casa Andina Private Collection is located several blocks from the main square. The hotel is located on a smaller square. While it is not a luxury facility, it will meet the needs of most travelers coming to Cusco. The facility appeared to be well maintained and clean. The front desk was efficient and pleasant. Our room had 2f ull beds... More

We had a nice trip in Cusco and stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Their service was really good. The complementary breakfast was really good. The service was also great. They have a nice restaurant where you can get nice dinner and the price is similar to the other good restaurants. The only concern that my wife had was... More

Our family , which includes 3 adult children , stayed here twice in a week, on our way to Machu Picchu and on our way back to Lima. The rooms were terrific, service excellent And if you need a little oxygen , just let front desk know. They are at the ready. The hotel has a interesting layout with a... More

I would rate this hotel as 3 stars. I think this originally was a mansion from the 1800's and the architecture is interesting. There are no elevators in this hotel but ramps and many stairs. It's quite charming. We chose a Suite with a king bed. The room was dark and warm. The only windows we had opened to a... More

We stayed on Casa Andina for two nights since we decided to spend some time in Cuzco before leaving to Machu Picchu. We were pleasant surprised when we arrived at the hotel. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent location, everything was in walking distance and the price was really fair. The restaurant is amazing. Breakfast... More

Great location. 5 stars except I'd deduct for the fact the hotel is in disrepair. In our room, the bathroom had a leak, therefore, there was water on the bathroom floor. And then a deduction for service. The Internet was sketchy and no one seemed to be working on it. Why a 5 star-- great breakfast and the rooms were comfortable.

Dear guest, We appreciate the opportunity you give us to know about your experience at our Private Collection Cusco hotel. We are glad to know that you enjoyed our breakfast buffet and comfort of our rooms. As you may have known, our hotel used to be an 18th century colonial house and has been adapted for guest accommodation. On the... More

Very nice 3 star hotel; good breakfast and service. Mikjail was particularly helpful. Sound proofing was not very good. Had a store with reasonable prices. The location was excellent and there are lovely out door patios to enjoy.

Magnificent old Spanish Colonial building with lots of character. We stayed twice. Our first room faced central courtyard on ground floor was easily accessible & very quiet. Our second room was up a floor and accessible only by stairs. This room/suite was huge & faced noisy side street. Wooden shutters & double glazing reduced noise to an aceptable level. Breakfast...
