After spending all day in planes coming from Sydney, it was a relief to find such a great hotel. We arrived late evening to find the staff friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and well presented. The rooms are of a good size as well. The meals in the hotel restaurant were of excellent standard. It was about a... More

This hotel has an atmosphere which feeds into the historical experience of visiting Cusco. We used it as a base and found that the food was first class and the rooms large, clean and tidy and the staff were the friendliest and most helpful of all the hotels in which we stayed during our trip. We found our room very... More

We stayed here for three nights before heading to the Inca Trail. The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff was very helpful. There are a lot of open seating areas, which we really enjoyed, and coca tea is available at all times. The wifi is a bit unreliable (I could never connect anywhere but common areas), and they... Stayed here as part of our Llama Travel organised holiday before and after doing the 4 day Inca Trail trek. Had a suite as part of our deal which meant room had a siting area, king sized bed, large double bath and separate shower, all really nice. First room faced onto San Agustin road which was a bit busy and... More

Hotel is in very good condition with design! Friendly crew, good service and breakfast. Staff even check on customer's need one by one after check in. Miraflores cetre is within walking distance and it's convenient if you try to grab some local food or do some shopping around. Too bad our schedule was too tight for the in house pool.... More

We had a great experience in this Hotel in Cuzco, pre and post our Inka Trail adventure. The personnel was always available to serve beyond the norm, the rooms were very clean, and cozy. The breakfast, not great but good enough. We all are needs heading and coming from the Inka Trail, they were really helpful. That made our stays... More

This is a beautiful rustic building just a few blocks away from the main square in Cusco. We were welcomed warmly and escorted to our second floor room by a very friendly bellman. The room was comfortable and the bed was very warm and cozy. It was cool when we arrived and I appreciated the feather duvet and the Alpaca... More

We stayed twice whilst doing the Inka trail trek . The first 4 nights we were given a room facing the road by the side of the hotel . This was very noisy and the traffic didn't really ease of until about 2 am , the furniture and bed literally shook when the traffic went by . The room was... More

We had an excellent stay at the Casa Andina in Cusco August 9 to 16, 2014. Service was fantastic, we were upgraded to a bigger suite (probably because we were staying a whole week) and room was clean, comfortable, and quite. We had room 204 which is on second floor right above the main courtyard near lobby and entrance. Front... More

This hotel is charming, very pretty and cosy. You feel as if you are staying in a colonial building. Getting to and from the rooms is like a maze, but you get the hang of it after a day. Staff is very helpful. Loaction is superb and it is walking distance to the main attractions. Rooms are large and well-equipped.
