Me and my girlfriend have been there for a whole week in November this year. As many hotels in Cusco, this one has a long past (not the hotel itself, but the site) because there is plaque in front of it dating "1599". I recomend the suites, due to their size and comfort (the queen-size bed is very good). Also... More

The location of this hotel cannot be beat - three blocks walk to the main square, easy access to the Monastery and museums. However, for the price, we felt this hotel was a tad out-dated and very loud! We literally could hear every conversation beside and above us. The wi-fi was funny - it would only work if we were... Excellent hotel in terrific location just 5 minutes to the Old Town Sq , and items of interest including the Paddys Irish Pub! This we were told is a heritage listed area too. Staff were eager to be of service and handled our enquires with speed and efficiency . Variety of food and drinks on offer both at dinner and... More

Great hotel in a good location, out of the really busy plaza de armes but only a 5-10 minute walk away. Staff are all very attentive and accommodating. Has a restaurant, and bar with a roaring fire at night which is lovely. We initially were at Casa Andina Classic Plaza but it was horrible so we asked our tour company... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of a tour group. We also stayed at a number of other Casa Andina Private Collection properties in Peru and this hotel has all the standard features of all those hotels - helpful and friendly staff, large nicely furnished rooms with comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, good restaurants, and well stocked... This hotel is great! The staff go out of their way to please. Breakfast buffet included is excellent. We were happy to get a room shortly after arriving at around 11 a.m. While you wait for the room the staff take care of your bags and serve you Coca tea (trust me, you'll need it) making one feel very welcomed.... Staff is exceptionally helpful - good local information & restaurant recommendations, arranged our cab to Ollantaytambo. Excellent breakfast, coca tea always available. Terrific location, can walk everywhere in Cusco.

We were booked at this wonderful place for 2 nights while we visited Macchu Pichu. It is very central to the city and you can walk to all the local attractions. This was a mission many years ago before being turned into a hotel. There is so much history as you walk through the halls it is hard to believe... More

We stayed here for 3 nights while on holiday. It is in a great location in the middle of town, and the service at the hotel was excellent. Our room had everything we needed. Special mention of Mikjail who continually went out of his way to help us. The only downside was that the ATM in the hotel didn't accept... More

Besides being an exceptional value and comfortable place to stay, this hotel has the most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered anywhere in the world. The bonus is they speak English very well too.
