We spent two nights at this quaint hotel while on a visit to Machu Picchu. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was spacious and quiet. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant offered a wide range of foods, and fresh fruit. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of the Old Town. If there is a drawback of... More

I am not a luxury traveler so this hotel was quite nice compared to the spots I stayed on the rest of my trip. The room was huge for one person. My only issue is that the one window looked onto the hallway so had to keep the curtain closed. This made the room seem really gloomy. The bed was... More

This hotel is very interesting, it was not originally built as a hotel so to get to a room may involves twists and turns and stairs. That is what make this place so interesting. It has a very nice fireplace room to relax and drink caco tea. The restaurant for breakfast was varied and very good. we stayed here twice,... More

Our Peru adventure was booked through and we were taken care of completely by Cultural Immersion (which we highly recommend). Cultural Immersion booked our 9 nights in Peru at three different Casa Andina Private Collection properties. We were very comfortable at the hotels. The Cusco property is well located to visit the city square and some sites. The property is... More

My wife an I like most of the visitors staying in this restored historic colonial palace were treated like family with care and concern. They are veterans at meeting the needs of the foreign travelers in this exotic mountain city. The accommodations and food will satisfy the most selective adventurer.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights before heading off to Machu Picchu. Hotel staff is fantastic and food at the restaurant was really good. The morning included breakfast had a great selection and was well staffed. The outdoor garden is an oasis to escape the horrible pollution and noise of Cusco. The standard hotel rooms are extremely small... More

The hotel is perfectly located in Cusco with a very nice staff. The hotel itself is an old building, I'm unsure of the origin. But very charming. The courtyards are very nice as well. But I was disappointed in my room. It was 129, the first room off the main hallway. Since there is no air conditioning (two good fans,... More

Despite the fact that the service is very gentile, the facilities are not as good as the price they ask. The shower in awful. After a long day trekking over 3.000 m high, the only thing that we wanted has a nice shower, something that I couldn't get it. Behind my room, the mechanical systems made an awful noise. You... Nice old mansion, quite well preserved and maintained over the years, incompetent concierge who recommended us to two despicable restaurants, some of the rooms have a super tiny window but otherwise resembled a cave, reasonably priced but we definitely got what we paid for.

This hotel is in a great location, a 10 minute walk to the central town square. The building is quite old and has obviously undergone a lot of renovations, but having said that it is quaint and traditional to the area. Our room was way in the back on the 2nd floor, decor was very basic, but as I mentioned... More
