This hotel has several nice courtyards throughout the facility with many room windows facing courtyards or inner hallways. Ours faced a hallway. The benefit to the inner facing rooms is that they are quiet! Rooms were simple, older and spacious. Not sure if hotel has elevators. Lots of multi levels stairs to get to room. Great location near the center... More

The hotel is very well located. Unfortunately we had a very negative experience where by we had a ipad being stolen the last night of our stay. The staff has been extremely cold and unhelpful trying to waste as much time as they could knowing we had an early flight to catch. We have been chasing them up since by... More

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, primarily because of the location. Steps to markets, stores, restaurants; the location is great! We stayed for 2 nights in two different rooms. Our first room was quaint; it was nicely decorated and had a coffee maker in the room. The staff were nice, although we were a bit upset that our room... More

We stayed here for 2 nights before going to the Sacred Valley and Machupichu and the another night afterwards. Both rooms were almost the same, one was 116 on the ground floor, the other 215 (I think) upstairs. The selling point for this hotel is it's location in the heart of Cusco and within easy walking distance of many of... More

This hotel is located in a great area, close to all the attractions in the city, easy walk to many restaurants and the markets. Staff friendly and helpful, very old hotel, but clean and well maintained, had a superior room, which had two double beds,no tea or coffee making in rooms. Temperature good, did not need to use heating ,because of the... More

This place is interesting because it is an old colonial house built on an Inca foundation. Unfortunately, there is zero charm and no attempt to present the culture of the region in many of the lodging rooms. I was especially disappointed with our room, a percuilar shaped white cell with a table in front of the bed with a television... More

We stayed here one night while travelling between Machu Pichu and Lima. What I remember the most was the rabbit stew we had in the restaurant. It was simply superb and I was a bit surprised how empty the place was. In the states this would be packed with foodies. The breakfast was included and that was great also, with... More

A wonderful hotel - stayed late July for 2-nights. After 15-hours of travel the Andina Private Collection/Cusco was welcome surprise. I was meeting up with my daughter who is working in southeastern Peru for 5-months. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, plenty of hot water, and very helpful staff. The location is good, very safe and the breakfast was delicious.... More

We stayed for 2 days at this hotel before and 1 day after machu picchu It is very convenient and the hotel kept our luggage while we went to machu picchu. The courtyard is very rustic and the breakfast and restaurant are very good. It is convenient from the plaza.

Casa Andina Private Collection, Cusco is an upscale hotel with a fabulous staff. They exceeded our expectations in every way. We actually had booked two nights on our own and two of the nights were booked through Peru for Less. The front desk staff was able to leave us in the same room for all 4 nights with out any...
