The concierge was so helpful. She arranged a tour of the ruins around Cusco with an amazing guide. She also helped to arrange a guide for us for Machu Picchu. She was above and beyond helpful with all of our requests. The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. A great breakfast buffet. Great location to many fabulous restaurants and... More

The location of the hotel was amazing, we were able to walk to every attraction. The included breakfast was amazing (we used the omelet station every day!) and a great way to start the day; it was better than every continental breakfast I've ever had. The room was somewhat small, but in reality we didn't spend that much time in... More

My wife and I stayed here only one night on our way to Machu Picchu. There was a nice airport pickup for a fee but as we arrived early in the morning, we had to wait a couple hours for a room to be ready. That was to be expected. The facility is very nice and located on a small... More

Stayed for one night in June. Room was nice. Enough room. Clean bathroom. No problems with noise in our room - on second floor facing into courtyard. Enjoyed the landscaping in the courtyard. Up very early in the morning for our trip to Machu Picchu but the buffet breakfast was ready and waiting (pancakes left a little to be desired... More

The Casa Andina Private Collection in Cusco Peru was wonderful. We arrived exhausted from traveling from the US and were warmly welcomed. Our bags were carried for us and the tour guide from our tour company gave us a solid preview of the area with maps. The rooms were clean and the beds were amazing. The sheets felt like 400... More

The Casa Andina chain features some excellent establishments throughout Peru (especially in the Sacred Valley), but this former colonial mansion has some problems. Most of the rooms have only small windows, and these face inwards, so that a constant flow of visitors and staff pass outside, obliging one to keep the curtains closed. This creates a sense of stuffiness. Noise... More

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. We loved staying in an older facility with the authentic ambiance. The hotel has no elevators, but the staff was promptly available to assist with luggage. All was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I guess the quiet depends on which rooms you get. We used 4 different sets of... More

Casa Andina Private Collection is a wonderful hotel centrally located just a few blocks from Plaza de Armas and Cusco's main sites. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's always a smile and that personal touch that makes you feel at home. Upon arival in Cusco, we went straight to the Casa Andina booth located right next to baggage claim... More

Really wonderful place and central to everything, only 10 minute walk to the town centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Out side most room's you have a beautiful courtyard, nice to relax with a book or just for some quite time. My stay here was a pleasant one. So pleasant I returned a few week later. The restaurant serves... More
