Room was very clean staff were very attentive and spoke good English. Restaurant and bar areas were great with lovely fresh food. Breakfast was served from the restaurant and the staff were great. we used this hotel for our base for our Machu Picchu tours. The whole hotel is very clean and is located in a safe area of town... We stayed one night here, the last night of a 12 day organized tour of the Amazon and Andes. The hotel has a wonderful location near the Plaza des Armas. However, the room was small and dark (no outside window, dark wood), maybe quaint is a better descriptor, given that it is an historic old building.

Our group of 21 Aussies stayed at this Hotel on three separate occasions during our tour of Cusco and Machu Picchu. The Hotel is quaint, built in a "Hacienda" style with rooms set amongst courtyards. It has a lovely atmosphere, great restaurant and lounge room with cosy chairs and fireplace. The floor to ceiling windows around the common areas have... More

We loved this hotel, has great location, near Plaza de Armas and San Blas area. The staff are very attentive. The rooms are super clean. This hotel has a very good breakfast buffet, that ranges from Cusquenan breakfast to American/European breakfast. The staff at the dining room are extremely attentive, Alejandro one of the waiters was very attentive , making... More

My friends and i stayed in this hotel for six day. Each of our rooms had two double beds and were very comfortable. Breakfast was really amazing. Very good and very helpful service. I think the only one good hotel with reasonable price and so many comforts and things to do like poll ect.

I totally loved this place! Its nice and quiet, close to everything that is worth to visit by walk. The service is great and the food is amazing. What I liked most is that the hotel is built in an old "casona". I had a really special time here.

Rooms are large and Wi-Fi was good; staff friendly and helpful; breakfast was good and so was the dinner in hotel restaurant. We had the room at top of stairs and directly across from them--the room was quiet EXCEPT for the kids who ran up and down the stairs and were yelling--I pointed to the quiet sign and their parents... Had a great time at the hotel. Great service and great restaurants and tour give recommendations. Had a great time in Cuzco. Nice and quiet atmosphere. A good walk to the main square tough. Not bad as it allows you to experience Cuzco a little bit more.

Located about 10 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas, the heart of Cusco. Not a new building. Most rooms, including ours, are located on 2 floors around an inner courtyard and have no view whatsoever. They are rather small but adequate. Excellent breakfast. Excellent, friendly service both at the front desk and the restaurant. Very clean.

Very comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff. Jesus, the concierge, did a great job of arranging sightseeing taxis for us. We stayed here for two days before we went to Machu Picchu and then another three days after Machu Picchu on pur way to Puno (Lake Titikka). Each time Jesus arranged transportation to get us to our train... More
