I stayed 4 nights at the Casa Andina Private Collection hotel. Other than a city-wide blackout, it was a peaceful stay. Room was clean and quiet. Wi-fi connection worked good enough to enable me to upload dozens of photos and short videos to the cloud so family and friends could view them. And I was able to Skype as well... More

It's a nice hotel, with a typical colonial decor. Some of the review say "not a luxury hotel" and not a " 5 star hotel"..guys I think you're travel agent gave you bad information, because this hotel doesn't pretend to be more than a 4 star hotel ;) So I say, it's a very good 4 star hotel! Remember that... More

Built in 1599, portions of the building exude old world charm. Finding your room can be a challenge however and finding one with a window to other than a hallway may be more difficult. Food is well prepared ( except for the raw bacon at breakfast ) and Service was excellent. Potato Soup is wonderful and the Pizza is not... More

I recently stayed for several nights at the hotel. The hotel was presented to us as a luxury property by my travel agent. It is not. It is a three-star hotel at best. On a positive side: the hotel is in a historical building with two indoor courtyards and it is about 10-15 minute brisk walk from the main square.The... More

We stayed at this hotel in the middle of Cuzco twice, for two nights before our visit to the Sacred Valley and for one afterwards. We enjoyed this hotel very much. When we returned after a three day absence our left luggage had already been placed in our room. The hotel has a very complicated layout with many internal courtyards... More

Spent our last night in Peru here.....and wished it would never end. This was the best room we stayed in all of Peru - and one of the nicest we've experienced anywhere on the planet. Can't beat it for charm, location, food and quality of experience. We were tired and "over-toured" at this point after 18 days. This was the... More

I have mixed reviews of this hotel because of its service and the noise level. the hotel is lovely if you are in a nice suite which we were upgraded to upon arrival. We thought we were in heaven when we saw the beautiful and spacious room we were given (207). However this room is simply not only noisy but... More

we spent 3 nights here. the hotel is very nice but has a few draw backs. the service is great, the staff will do any thing for you. the high altitude will create problems. the rooms we stayed in got very stuffy and seemed like that caused even lower oxygen levels. the wife and i noticed that when we stayed... The Casa Andina B&Bs are well-priced and very nice. There are several in Cuzco alone and we stayed in the one near the cathedral/zocalo. The room was OK, but too close to the street so it was noisy. On the other hand, the location was great for walking everywhere. They serve a light breakfast and we felt very well taken... More
