This hotel is located in an area that makes getting around the city easy. We walked everyplace from here. Our room was large and comfortable. We stayed and this same company in the Sacred Valley and really loved that hotel. It is a nice chain.

Me and my family stayed here the days before and after our trek to Machu Picchu. We did not know at the time we booked but our trek operator told us that this was one of the more upscale hotels in the city. We got two rooms each with two queen sized beds, though I believe one room with two... More

Great staff, polite and attentive. While having lunch by myself, my waiter Edson made conversation with me and was wonderful. The food is amazing and the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, including made to order omelets.

We stayed here for 4 nights. We reserved a suite, which was very spacious. The hotel has several wings each with its own open air courtyard. They are all different and beautifully appointed with fountains and flowers. If you are lucky enough to spend a few days in Cusco -- spend some time in one of these courtyards -- they... More

Beautiful property, in a good location for walking to the main square. Comfy rooms. I have to give a special kudos to the restaurant staff. They were very attentive, remembering our names as we stayed several days. I have significant food allergies and they graciously kept my coconut milk in their refrigerator for me for my morning coffee and "milk"... More

We stayed three nights after our Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu trip. The hotel was very beautiful with its 16th century architecture and the courtyards were great to see every day. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly and the service here is exceptional. Daniel at the front desk and Elizabeth at the bar and Lisabeth at the restaurant were... More

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Casa Andina. I found the room to be spacious as I reserved a Suite on the top floor. The concierges were all so helpful and willing to help with anything despite the fact that my Spanglish leaves something to be desired. I found some of the front desk attendants a little less helpful.... More

We were greeted by a very welcoming staff: Emerson, Paul & Yohan. We felt like we were special guests in their home. Immediately they served us Coca Tea to help us with the altitude adjustment. The rooms, although somewhat small, are very clean and efficient. The breakfast buffet was very complete and the dining area looked out over the plaza.... More

This hotel is located near the central square of Cusco in the original Inka city area. But that is the only plus point for this hotel. The rooms are either very stuffy or noisy. We stayed on the eastern side ground floor and the noise comes from the shops next to the room. Our friend stayed in the west side... More
