We had the pleasure of a couple of nights in this lovely old setting. It is very well maintained and they have managed to keep all the old charming courtyard etc. You need to accept that with old charm comes a little further to walk and no lift but hey a small price to pay. All the staff were friendly... More

Clean, cozy, friendly staff. Beds are comfortable and linen is good quality. Complimentary herbal tea in the room. Don't miss the coca tea the first few days. It will help coping with the altitude. I would come back.

Wow! Very unique experience in Cusco. Very narrow streets with lots of traffic and lots of people. We had 3 rooms in this hotel. Our room was in the back on the first floor. For the most part no complaints except that it was "stuffy". We didn't sleep well either of the 2 nights because of that and the altitude... More

The Casa Andina Private Collection in Cusco was a wonderful stay. We particularly enjoyed Antonio, a waiter in the restaurant, who was highly attentive, friendly and professional. We recommend him a raise!

Great place to stay in Cusco. Alejandro in the dining area was fantastic! Front desk was so-so. The rooms are fine. We were lucky to get a room somewhat near a common area so the wifi worked in the room.

My stay was brief, and it took some time for us to check in. The hotel is under renovation and our room was some distance from the entrance around many winding halls and courtyards. The room was enormous with a separate seating area. We were too exhausted to venture out for dinner but the hotel restaurant served us a lovely... More

We visited Cusco a few days ago and stayed here in this hotel. The hotel is spotless and well appointed with slippers and robes in each room. There are two nice open central areas where people can sit in plush garden furniture and mingle with other guests. The buffet was amazing with lots of food choices. They have a chef... More

Older property, rooms are very much cave like, not updated, not very clean, poorly working showers in terms of wter pressure and temperature consistency(from ice cold to scalding). Rooms are noisy, hear the other guests. Breakfast was OK, not as good as other Casa Andina hotels. We booked the king bed but on arrival were told that all the king... More

We stayed here our first night in Cusco before heading to Machu Picchu then came back for a final night. The first night they upgraded us to the suite which was so nice. The staff was very helpful. The property was immiculate. They even offered room service for the free breakfast. Food was good and it's location is walking distance... More
