We stayed here our first two nights in Cusco. They have a variety of courtyards tucked away on the property and so you can easily find some private space. This hotel was very easy to walk around and explore and very close to some amazing restaurants, shopping, and historical sites. There are a few things to know if you are... More

We came straight from Casa Anandina Private Collection in Arequipa. for which I provided a review describing its excellence. Wish I could say the same for this property, but can't. This property is really two properties in one: A handful of suites in the oldest part of the property, and what seems to be a newer section with smaller rooms.... More

This property is nicely located close to the main square. Some of the rooms have a bit of a musty smell, but there is quite a bit of antiques etc. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was very good and courteous.

I stayed here two nights after returning from Machu Picchu back in Oct. So by this time, I had fully acclimated to Cusco's 9,500' elevation. What a pleasant surprise!!! This hotel was formerly a palace and everything about it is grand from its historic nature, the art work and sculptures and huge common areas housing the bar, reading rooms and... More

After a couple of long days in the Sacred Valley, arriving in frantic Cusco. Tired, but happy, we entered into a serene oasis. The city outside was completely forgotten. Great staff and service. Beautiful rooms in a maze of corridors and terraces. very highly recommended. Would return in an instant. P.S.- its tricky to get to because of the traffic... More

Excellent hotel. Lovely restored family house with interior patios. Like all hotels in Cuzco coca-tea is given upon arrival. Rooms were very confortable but the wifi is lousy - I called a couple of times inquiring about this with no result. The breakfast is good - although, with the exception of the tamales, lacking local character. It is a great... More

We stayed her for 2 nights before traveling to Machu Picchu and 1 night after returning. The service was great. We were given coca tea upon arrival to help combat the effects of the altitude. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. We ate at the adjoining restaurant twice and the service and food was great. I... More

I think it s a well organized hotel. It s clean and beautiful. The food is excellent and the employees are professional. Especially Carmen, who was charming and worked seriously. To be honest, thank to her my memories of this hotel are even better.

The hotel is very nice. Centrally located 2 minute walk from main square. Food and service are great. Rooms are nice, but most don't have windows outside, that's the only minus that I saw. WiFi is not good unless you are standing right under the router.
