We spent two nights here, following the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. Our room (207) was exceptionally nice!! Extremely large room with large seperate sitting area (sofa, chairs, table, etc. completely separated from large bedroom area). High cielings with exposed beams and nicely restored! Bathroom was slightly dated, but exceptionally clean and fully functional (except for the 3-5 minute wait... more

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The first night prior to our trip to Machu Picchu. And once again on the return. The hotel is nice for what it is...historical. The room is large enough and adequate. However as the rooms open out onto a walkway that is glassed in from the courtyard. The rooms were stifling and opening... more

We stayed in this hotel on our return from a lodge-to-lodge trek (I'm not a camper !) to Machu Picchu - we had stayed in Casa Andina San Blas before. Compared to San Blas, this hotel is "better" located in the sense that you have less to climb up and down to get to the Plaza de Armas. Rooms are... more

If you are looking for a nice hotel only minutes away from Plaza de Arma's and Santo Domingo Church. An very nice breakfast where a chef is preparing eggs any style you want them. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very nice lagre bed or two large twins. We only got two rooms 202 and 203, but they are... more

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The public areas of this hotel are amazing. It is a 16th century building modified and done very well too. Our room was somewhat damp and musty and incredibly small. it was a single person room. The service was ok for the most part but the front desk was most unobliging. The attitude... more

We stayed three nights here, after having done the Inka Trail to Machu Picchu. So when we arrived back in Cusco from the trek, we were pretty tired and we were desperate for a little bit of luxury and found that here at the beautifully renovated 18th century manor house that is Casa Andina Private Collection. It was our best... more

My wife and I stayed here as part of a multi-country South America tour with Peru extension, to see Machu Picchu. The hotel is located a walkable distance from museums, shops, and restaurants that one would want to explore in Cusco. Beware of natives hawking their wares immediately outside the hotel's main entrance. Good security at the front entrance. Be... more

We did not originally have reservations at this hotel but after our horrible experience with another Casa Andina Hotel (Classic Cathedral) our tour company, Kuado Tours, were able to move us to this location which was much better but knowing the price---I don't think worth it. I will say that neither of these hotels were originally suggested by our tour... more
