What to say. We spent 3 days in this hostel and we felt really like being at home. The personnel are very friendly and you are free to use all the many services available in the hostel... kitchen, barbecue etc. Thanks a lot from the 3 italian bikers!!

Not ideal location in Centro, and though tucked away in a quiet courtyard, the hotel's noises were unacceptable. Our room on the second floor may have been the worst location for this but we heard the phone ring and the doorbell buzz all hours of the night, people walking on hardwood, old wooden doors tough and noisy to close and... This hostal is located in a colonial style decorated building with furniture and paintings from the colonial era, but with modern day amenities - warm showers, WiFi, and comfy beds. It was relatively quiet set back off the street, unless you had a room at the back of the building which backed up to a restaurant/bar. One night of my... More

Good location, 5 mins walk to the plaza. Very secure. Quiet. Comfortable room with cable and wifi, lots hot water! Small garden to enjoy the sun. We had specified room with fireplace which was great! Breakfast included in price was very good - obviously improved since last reviews: self serve fruit changed daily, yogurt, muesli, freshly squeezed orange juice, rolls, ham/cheese,... More

We stayed here for two nights, the room was delightful (room 103). Very spacious and quirky. The breakfast on our first day was very nice, but on the second day we were served stale bread, but this might be because it was a Sunday. Would definitely return here for a quiet nights sleep, and a reasonably priced mid-range hotel /... More

After walking all day in cusco i really needed to have some rest. My friend told me about this place and she was right. The location is great and the staff was always there to help. The room was tidy and the beds great. They have a nice table in the garden perfect for a book in the afternoon

For my family of five, this place was perfect. The location is very central and secure and their family room is ideal for a family of my size. True, the breakfast was no more than adequate. But nothing was too much trouble for them, including printing off boarding passes and arranging for some brekky outside of normal hours. Trust me,... More

Rooms are really really average. They are neat and clean. Breakfast is good. Locations is fantastic.... as it is close to plaza de armas and you can walk almost to every place you want to visit. The location was very convenient for us. Service - We found everything took a long time in Peru. Service here too was the same...... More

El Andariego is a great option in Cusco. My wife and I stayed there for 5 days. The staff was extremely polite and helpful (they even helped us find a local painter who ended up doing an amazing painting for my wife). The location is excellent, close the Plaza de Armas and several other main attractions but away from all... More

Referring to other reviews made about El Andariego, I can confirm that the staff are really friendly and helpful in particular Mariela that has always been very smiley and friendly when we are ask questions about Cusco, directions and etc. Feris was also very helfpul, especially when we had to leave the hotel at 4am to start our Salkantay trekking-...
