Just stayed here for a total of 3 nights. Rooms are very clean and breakfast is great! Customer service was amazing and place offers a cheap ride to anywhere in the city. They we also pick you up and drop you off from the airport for free. While its a little far from the main square, it's quiet and the... More

Torre Dorada is a little off the beaten path of the main sites in Cusco, but well worth the tiny bit of extra energy. In fact to compensate for the distance from the Plaza de Armas, the hotel offer a car service for a mere $1 per person. This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and charming. The... More

Let us start this review off by stating that as difficult as it might be to believe, there is not a single negative or even neutral comment we could think of for this hotel. It was, quite simply, AMAZING! Our positive experience with the hotel started even before we arrived in town. We needed to book tickets for Machu Picchu... More

Yes, this place had clean rooms, it was quiet, and had a great breakfast. What makes it a 5, though, is the super friendly and helpful staff. Although we didn't need it, they spoke English and were asking questions to ensure they met our needs. Great customer service!

Great breakfast and wonderful help from the staff. Comfortable rooms with plenty of hot water. Oxygen on hand should it be needed and good advise for getting around. No elevator if that would be necessary for the upper floors could be the only problem for someone. I loved staying there and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Other hotel owners should copy this model. We’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels from Las Vegas to Brazil, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Madrid, and all places in between. This small out of town hotel tops the lot for excellent personal service. From the moment we arrived in Cusco at 4.40 am until we were dropped off at the airport five days... More

...it's a little far from the city centre - but some may say that adds to the appeal. They offer a car service that will take you down town and back for next to nothing. It's a quiet residential area. A beautiful hotel with ample breakfast buffet filled with home made banana bread and cookies - you can have eggs... More

Easily one of the nicest Hotels in a 2.5 month trip in South America. I would not call this a cheap or budget hotel, but for the level of luxury and extravagant hospitality that you receive, this hotel is an incredible bargain. Accommodations: The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Very nice bathrooms with an excellent shower. Enormous plush bed. In... More

Hotel Torre Dorado has 16 rooms and is not in the main square area of Cusco. Almost all of the lower ratings on Trip Advisor are from guests who wanted to stay by the main square but chose Torre because of its well deserved high rating. It seems they were disappointed that the Torre Dorado was in a safe residential... More

This is the perfect place to stay, more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. The staff is personable and the place is spotlessly clean. Breakfasts are a small buffet with a chef to make omelets and pancakes. My boyfriend and I found it very comfortable, even though he wished there was a tv in the room. I got... More
